Horrible. Please be aware that when you place an order in the store and place your childs number on the order form, even though they dont tell you - if there is any discrepancy between your order and your coachs roster that your child will be stuck with it. There is no courtesy call if there is a discrepancy either. No benefit of the doubt that there has been any human error. They just print them and you are left to deal with it. The blank on the form that asks for your childs number is merely decoration. If you confirm with the business representative who gladly takes your money - well, that doesnt matter either. Nope, you the parent, who pays for it, will be out of luck. So you reach out to the business who rarely answers their phone and states in their message it is best to email them and their resolution is: they will offer to split the cost of NEW uniforms so you pay 50% more than everyone else to get the product you ordered in the first place.... OH! And the uniforms wont be ready until there are only 2 tournaments left in the season. Absolute lack of business integrity.

Im kinda wavering between 4 and 5 stars. Only reason I would lean toward 4 is if you are going for an on-the-spot purchase, you might not find your size. Dont get me wrong, its a great selection, but you do run the risk on not having the size you need. However, if you like the item, the right size can be made in a few days. But since I dont think many people will just walk in looking for a last minute gift idea (like me), I will go 5 stars. Very friendly helpful staff too!

Absolutely the best service ever!! Super friendly and time efficient! Ive never had such a GREAT experience. I put an order in for my team and the order was fulfilled within days when it would take weeks from my previous vendor! So thankful for the crew at Star Sports Keller. Cant wait to do business with them again and will definitely recommend to every parent AND coach I know!!
