Caution when purchasing fish, especially marine. I purchased a marine invertebrate and when i tested their water for impurities their nitrates were off the charts, and their calcium was way too high even for a reef environment. Also they will sell an individual mushroom coral for the same price as 4-5 on one rock, their anenomes are bleached/dying when they sell them most of the time, this can rarely be recovered from even in a well established system. The blue hippo tangs available for sale have bad cases of lateral line disease, and they will sell them off to unsuspecting customers. If your interested in purchasing any marine inhabitants i would not recommend going here, and if you do purchase definitively put them in a holding/hospital tank for a few weeks before adding to a main tank. On the upside though they do carry a decent variety of dog and cat foods.

Personally i have only bought supplies at this store, always had what i needed for our turtle. My son bought a lizard of some type (all i know is he called it Sid dont know anything about them) and it got sick. They stood by their guarantee and took it to the vet for us. We asked for an exchange cause it was getting complicated with the vet and they did that too. They also provide adoption and cant help stop and visit the animals. Staff is normally attentive and willing to help.

I brought a group of 11 girl scouts here tonight to learn about animals and pet care. The manager Jamie was very friendly and helpful. Debbie shared her excellent knowledge of pet care and pet handling with the girls. Mikayla shared dog training tips. This is a very community friendly business with staff who appreciate and work well with kids and their parents!

The last time I went here for aquarium supplies, the fish seemed to not have proper care. But when I came back yesterday, the fish were in amazing condition! They were healthy and active, and they even had a puffer fish! Im so glad you got the fish back into healthy condition. Whoever did this has my greatest thanks! This is the best Petco ive been to!

This place is so unorganized none of the products match the price sign that they had on the show so you think youre paying one price and you get up to the register and youre paying more than what the sign actually said not a very good company if youre going to have your product in the wrong spot then you should honor that price

I stop on the way back from a trip. found a fish tank there for 99.99 when I got home the same tank was cheaper at petsmart .... it pay to shop around... as far as customer service this petco was great I even contacted the manager and she bring the rec back and she will refund the diffrence ......

The workers are rude and not informed at all. The fish department is attrocious! I worked for Petco where I used to live and thought about transfering to this location but after seeing the fish department I was appauled! The tanks are filthy and filled with dead fish. Horrible!

A nice pet store for all house pets. They have products for dogs cats, birds, and fish and hamsters! They also sell reptiles and fish in the back of the store. Some of the stuff is a little more expensive than I find at other stores.

Its pretty much your basic store... NOT a lot of selection on reptile section/fish section. It is an impossible task to get a staff member for crickets. Very low staffed. Some are pretty rude. Ill give it a two.

Pet friendly facility with large selection. Use caution if purchasing Salt Water fish. Marine tanks are not well maintained and Ive seen several cases of fish with ick. Coral lighting is sub-par as well.

Used to work there and the normal floor workers care about the animals the managers only care about the money sell sell sell every day there was something wrong with animals and the managers still dont care

When my sisters hamster was sick they took care of it even though it was past the limit of days. Some of the ladies were really sweet to her, and picked out a nice hamster to replace the one that died.

Saw a employee texting on her phone for half the time. She was not helping any customers with fish or crickets. Also their crickets cost more then it does at petsmart.
