I have been taking my dog to this salon for eight years. EIGHT YEARS! I arrive this past Saturday and was informed that his shots were not up to date according to THEIR records. My dogs shots ARE up to date and no one told me prior to arriving to bring the records. Its a 40 minute commute from my house to this salon. Very rude and my dogs groomer walked past us on her way into work (Late!) and never even acknowledge our existence. $72 a trip every six weeks like clockwork. Bye Bye Jerks!

Never buying mealworms from this place again. I bought a 500 count container from this location, brought them home and fridged them. A few days later, all but a handful of the worms were dead. The sawdust was moist, which Im venturing to guess drowned them or messed with the temperature of the container. A waste of twelve bucks, and a waste of a trip. The lady who brought them out to me was nice, but thats about it.

Rat Sandwich

I took my dog in here to get groomed. When I came back 15 minutes I find my dog had been cut badly. We took her to the vet and had her stitched and put on antibiotics but an infection build up as a result of drug resistant bacteria getting in the wound while in the care of PetSmart. At this point we had to have our beloved dog put down as the only other option was amputation. So thanks PetSmart for killing my dog.

Commercial dragged me in for a BOGO special. ....they never heard of it. I ended up buying dog food, they gave me 15% towards my next purchase. Ill see if Ill be back. ....everything is so overpriced. ...even regular milkyway dog treats you find at the store for $3.99 a box they want $5.99 a box. Just to bring your dog in. .....idts.

Molly, the trainer, gave me some free treats and a tennis ball when I told her I was looking for treats as Im off to pick up my new adopted puppy. She was just the sweetest and I would 100% come back to this location if I lived in the area. Thanks Molly! Youve made a new puppy even happier :)

The staff is wonderful, and very helpful. They answer every question with knowledge, and always make us feel welcome. Carla is such a great trainer, and has given us advice that has helped us with behavior issues outside of the classroom. She always goes above and beyond!

The shop itself seems nice, but a parrot I purchased from here was diagnosed with Macaws Wasting Disease and has since died. I am concerned they do not ensure that the breeders they purchase their birds from are following all the needed precautions or health regulations.

I like this PetSmart. I take my older dog for a bath only and she doesnt seem to mind. Getting in and out of the parking lot at times can be difficult. Store is a little run down but it is clean every time I have been in there. Staff are friendly.

They go out of their way to help. We have had trouble finding food our Jacks will eat and the staff have been so helpful in our pursuit to find something. Great place to shop with your pet.
