The smell of dead rats is so noticeable as is the rat droppings found throughout the stores shelves and floor. YUCK! Mr. Vice President, you will notice that I did not speak of your companies customer service; but since youve brought that to the general public attention, might I ask if it is company policy for your store rep to walk away from the customer while utilizing a cell phone? The short, pudgy, African American man raced from my presence to tend to his ringing cell phone - obviously, the cell phone was more important than the customer. If you want to better your customer service skills, maybe you should visit some other privately owned, better run pet stores. My current favorite being Care-A-Lot Pet Supply where customer service and cleanliness go hand-in-hand AND shopping can be done online! So Mr. Vice President, Nick Williams, I will keep my one star rating, which I honestly didnt want to give your store even that.

I LOVE Pet Food Discounters! I have a VERY finicky dog and a cat with diabetic food restrictions. The cat wont eat anything canned, and I have tried just about every dog food in the store to get my dog to eat something other than the cat food her previous owner fed her. We have tried bag after bag of food and all kinds of treats and not once have I ever even sensed that someone might be feeling short-tempered or frustrated with me. Yes, we are ALL frustrated with the dog. :) Honestly, everyone has been so nice. Im glad I found this place! Thank you for caring!!

This store has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your pets. The variety in options of food is incredible and most things are very affordable. The staff is fantastic and theyve always helped me load my car (very welcome help for the large bags of feed!). Dogs on leash are welcome to visit the store.

Excellent bone selection for my dogs. They are the only place in town that we have been able to find actual meat bones for our German Shepherd and Hound to chew on. Very nice employees, too.

My only source for the raw rabbit my cat needs (food allergies) and the large-size of Yesterdays News cat litter. The staff there are always courteous and helpful. Yay!!
