I have a relative from the Midwest visiting sunny, whoops rainy CA. We stopped to take a quick look at the jewelry from Pomona Pawn. A young man told me he was part owner and was very accommodating to my cousin. She wanted to purchase ONE ring but instead bought three! She was given a great price that she "couldnt" refuse. The quality of the items were very good and the owner knew his stuff regarding the stones. All in all, a great little Pawn shop with fair pricing and good service. Check it out when youre in Pomona, I am sure youll find something you cant live with out.

There are many aspects that make a company great.. these guys are the definition of whats good about Small business.. They are fair, they are truthful most importantly they work with people. Ive gotten more than I thought and also received less than I wanted but in all cases I knew I was robbed when I left the building... being a Large corporation doesnt make you great.. its people like these who are the heartbeat of America. If your looking for true value this is where you need to be....

I needed to come up with some money fast because I was short on some bills that I needed to pay and my friend had mentioned a pawnshop nearby so I came in with some gold jewelery. I told the guy all I needed was $100. Right away he told me I could actually get $300. Glad to see honest people are still around and these guys were great. I picked up my ring 3 weeks later and paid ONLY the $300. I borrowed. No hassles no loop hole charges. GREAT PLACE I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THESE GUYS.

Usually, selling my items at any pawn shop leaves me with feelings of regret dealing with rude and insulting shop owners/workers. Yesterday, my wife and I went into this place hoping that wed be treated with respect and not ripped off. Not only did they treat us with respect and patience (especially during a busy time - lots of customers at the time) they gave us explanations of the price of each item we were trying to sell. Best experience hands down. We will definitely be back.

OWNER IS FRIENDLY, BUT BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOSE YOUR TICKET. CALLED IN TO ASK FOR A DUE DATE AFTER MISPLACING MY TICKET AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG MONTH. SO WHEN I WENT IN TO PAY FOR AN EXTENSION, I COME TO FIND OUT MY RING IS GONE. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE. COMING HERE WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. HAD I GONE ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD STILL HAVE MY RING :( EXTREMELY HEARTBROKEN!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY THREW AWAY. JUST BUSINESS TO THEM I GUESS. SMH!!

By far the best pawn shop to go too!!! All the employees are helpful koo people and bobby really took care of me wen I needed a Lil extra on my gold day in and day out( literally).. I mean wen he told me "hey if u need a lil more money on ur loan come back and see me" even having the loan all said and done really blew my mind..and thats after giving me 2x more then any other pawn shop.. MAN OF HIS WORD.. GOOD PEOPLE... Dont take my word for it tho Go see for urself

I was in need of quick cash and had gone to other places around the area but no one was willing to give me the amount I needed for my broken gold and gift cards. When I finally went to pomona pawn they were completely willing to help me out. They were so friendly and the customer service was excellent. They knew exactly what they were talking about and were able to give me the amount I needed. I am certain that I will be coming back

I decided to give this pawnshop a chance since theyre new in the area. After I walked in I instantly was treated unfairly. I was given such a low estimate compared to any of the other pawnshops in the area. Sure the 30 day 0% interest is cool, but I was offered almost half of what the other pawnshops offered me. I recommend going somewhere else. These guys suck and they have attitude problems.

Pomona Pawn shop is the best one you can go to... In times of trouble. They are really helping people to get some cash they need. Offer no interest for 30 days is a very big help. Very helpful and they explained the process very well. Ive walked into other pawn shops today looking for the best rate and no one got as close as to what I needed as this location and to top it with 60 days zero interest! Other locations did not feel as welcoming and as helpful. I would defiantly recommend this place!

This place is great. Showed up near closing time and they never once rushed me. Ive been looking for a bike recently and someone suggested checking out a pawn shop. Glad I chose this place. Diverse price range collection of bikes, well priced. Highly recommended.
