Rude, customer service is horrible! There prices compared to other pawn shops in the area are high! Not only will I never step foot in this place again, but I have also been contacted by some of the staff through the "OfferUp" app claiming to want to buy things from me but all they do on the app is troll, send low ball offers, offering you almost nothing for the items your selling and they make it a point to be rude an ask if the items that you are trying to sell on the "OfferUp" app are stolen property... This is no my first in counter with them on the app where they have done stuff like this with no intentions to actually buy anything or sell anything to you! Not only have I had to deal with these rude people in person but no online as well, I have noticed a lot of other pawn shops have the "OfferUp" app as well but I have never had a business be this ridiculous because on & offline..

I absolutely love this place. Ive bought many items from here watches, rings, bracelets, guitars... and have had not one problem and prices are great. Staff is amazing and welcoming. Ive been to other pawn shops and overpriced items and staff wont even want to take the time to show items. Here they take the time to show you show you around and show you whatever you need with no sales pressure tactics other places would do. Great place and would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Just stopped in there to have them check a couple items to see if they were sterling. They were so nice and helpful! I was very impressed. There are some pawn shops out there that are sleazy and full of grumpy old men. This crowd was young and friendly, the shop was super clean and they had an eclectic collection of very nice items for sale. I will go back to check out their stuff, Ive been hunting for a few items. GREAT place!

I went to Inland Jewelry and Loan and got a smokin deal on my 2CT Platinum wedding set! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were expierienced and knew what they were talking about. They also told me they would loan back half of what I paid for my ring, if I ever needed a loan. I dont know any pawn shop that would do that. Other than that, they have a clean store and I cant wait to shop there again.

These people are scam artists. And VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please if you value your hard earned money AVOID AVOID AVOID this place! I went today it was 3 arguments with staff & customers and then I quickly realized why. Complete rip offs! And they dont have a refund policy. Go figure. They will scam you & keep your money. These people are crooks, do not buy any high priced items from them. Bought a welder guaranteed for 30 days got it to the shop did not work. Called them 3days later to take it back no problem but will only give store credit back and will not Fix the Item. These guys are scam artists.

If I could give NO star, I would! Please do NOT pawn or sell with these people! They are the worst! Nasty, unprofessional. Tried to keep my item. Please take heed. There are plenty of other pawn shops in town , use one of them. These people (imo), should be out of business.

Thanks to Inland i was able to sell some items that i didnt need anymore with very helpful staff and most Inportantly the manager Luis was very helpful with making sure we got the highest price after one employer quoted us lower... thanks Inland

I bought me a "Diamond " ring and before I can get it appraised the "Diamond" fell out of its setting. It was lost. They must have replaced it with a fake diamond it was loose and fell out within 2 weeks. Dont trust this place.

Very good items ive bought many, many times.Great staff attitudes. Only once i bought something that ends up having problems and i exchanged with no problem. Everything ive bought over the years still works very well to this day.

Lowballers and full of uneducated employees which is somewhat expected but some of their offers are insulting and on top of it they are rude and shady. Id go somewhere else. The stores full of junk anyways.

Horrible service... Theyll try and rob you if they can.. For something thats worth thousands of dollars, theyll give you not even 5% of what anythings worth. I call it the something for nothing store.

If you buy or sell gold at this business be sure to weigh it... If you dont have a scale have them sign the receipt verifying the weight, if they wont then dont buy it.
