Nice employers, although sometimes they dont attend you at the moment, they try helping you the best they can. To me it looks like they actuay care about the customers. I had 2 guitars with worn out strings. They replace the strings for you not just that, they also clean your guitar including the frets and they even tuned it for me absolutely free. The set of strings are pretty cheap. Theyre guitar prices are probaly the best deals in town to jewelry to amps. Hope to see that one dude again in the big beard. That guy is a music wizard. Just gotta clean that shop a little more and organize

So the store is cool got alot of great instruments. The gentleman with the ponytail, heavy set guy, character wasnt a great one. gave cold answer when asked for assistance . Customer service I give one star. The younger gentleman, I believe plays at a church, great kid extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to see me helped. Especially when seeing the heavy gentleman didnt want to deal with anyone. This is my honest review. Great store, should check that guys mentality.

Im heading in there today to pawn a laptop that i use now and then for short term loans. The moreno valley pawn shop on Perris blvd is closed today so Im going to see what they will do. I know they are picky but the laptop is worth 250.00 and Im only looking for 50.. In any event I am sure it is easily collateral value for the loan. Lets see if it is worth the trip ??? At this point im giving them 5 stars for being open on Sunday.

Liars, said my item could not be considered new because sticker on box was open, then admitted they would have to open it to check anyways, price was no different than other pawns, but treating people like they are stupid is not a service to the community. g+ pages claims they are faith based, taking advantage of people down on their luck, Faith based?... yeah right. If you are in need of cash, I would find another way.

Terrible and I agree with the other one star review comment, scam scam scam and they use people. I tried to explain my story to Jose about my watches because hes the "watch guru" so he says and he walked away and didnt let me finish my sentence. Very rude. I just sold real watches for less than what they offered me the last time I went in. My watches were very real. Ill never recommend this place to anyone.

I LOVE IT at least as of guitars, Adam (the guy with the beard, you cant miss him) really knows his stuff unlike most places you go to, they are honest with you and give you their own preferences and thoughts, if your looking for a pawn shop that is friendly, knows their stuff, and doesnt try to rip you off GO HERE

Place wouldnt take my 60 inch Samsung smart TV because it was missing 2 screws on the stand. You could literally find that anywhere lying around but the man with the beard obviously doesnt like his job and only good at causing problems. Dont recommend to anyone in the area! Plenty more shops in the area.

Ive come here many times and they offer good deals on everything. Their customer service only sucks since they are usually understaffed in busy times. Once they get to you though they are helpful, polite, and almost always willing to negotiate a price on their wares. Good people, not shady like the rest!

I came in to this pawn shop on Sunday June 11th 2017 the lady told me my ring was only 10 carrot so i took it to another shop and come to find out it was in fact 14 carrot glad I didnt go with just pawn it. Maybe your employees need to be properly trained

They did not take my ps3 I think they should take old stuff and new stuff not only new but the old stuff it u people like pawn shop well let go out of business so they can learn what it like not to have know customer it was bad

Called to inquire if they would take my item they couldnt but instead of hanging up and leaving it at that the employee took the time to advise me on where I could sell it which was a big help.

Theres nothing worse for a company than an employee that has an adittude when I tried being respectful.Than I get hung up on,I will do everything I possibly can to redirect customers.

I didnt even walk in the pawn shop I called and asked how old you have to be to pawn and they said 21 even though its a lie because you have to be 18.

I called first and they gave me a quote on the phone..I go to pawn it and they say they dont take that..( more management training needed)

Tried selling my trombone there and their "highest" price was $50 I ended up selling it at another pawn shop for $200
