I came in as polite as can be with two items. I was met by an older gentleman. Came off rude for no reason. #1. Autographed helmet by #7 John Elway. As I explain what I have comma he rudely interrupt me and then insults me with a loan of $25 on an item that is worth at least $400 anywhere in store or online. It had been signed in 1999 when the Broncos had won the Superbowl and mr. Elway was the Super Bowl MVP and the certificate of authenticity also shows as proof. #2. 4"-6.5" pipe cutter found anywhere online from $100-$150. Now I wouldnt have wasted my time if the website did not say that they would loan on anything of value as well as take tools which I did walk in with. Overall, this place gets a negative five stars

this store sucks i pawned my sons 3ds and my wallet was stolen my ticket was in my wallet so i went into the shop to check on the date i had to pick up my 3ds and i was told it is not in the system whats weird about this place is they always have different people working there they have no customer experience and laugh at you saying the guy who had helped me was no longer there so disappointed with the service woul never go back to them again and would not recommend you going there unless you dont want your items back

I was in need of some cash to last until my pay day. Ara helped me out so much in my time of need! She let me in after hours because I called and let her know I was on my way and had no help loading my t.v. in the car! She was a blessing and I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of some cash quick! I was treated with respect and was not made feel like less of a person! Thank you Ara!!!!

this place is where you need to go when your in the market for electronics and tools no doubt they literally have everything! the people behind the glass are really friendly and they dont just act like people doing theyre job. they make conversation and make me feel like a buddy of theirs..this place has alot and for really good prices.. after going here im never buying retail again!

Great staff, Excellent customer service,these guys go above and beyond. Adelanto pawn is one of the most respectful establishments I have ever been in. Very knowledgeable staff helpful respectful and not complete dirt bags like most pawn shops great job guys my business is yours and I highly recommend them

Came here to pawn one of my favourite watches for a loan, the owner said $25 but I needed 60$ to pay off my tags, he was thoughtful and decided to help me with my struggle and loaned me $65 for my tags. Will definitely come back and definitely recommend my friends and family here

Great staff! And the owner is super chill, and in the event that something happens yo your stuff, they replace it! Or pay you the value of your stuff. They give u the best loans and never low balls you like most of these pawnshops do so I highly recommend this pawnshop!
