I usually go here instead of subway because they have higher quality ingredients at the deli. I went to the deli to order a simple turkey, pesto, avocado sandwich. When I told her it is supposed to be toasted she went to put the sandwich in the toaster with the avocado and lettuce still on it instead of starting over and making it in the correct order. Right above the sandwich ingredients it has step by step instructions on how to make each sandwich. Not only did she not make it correctly and was going to mess it up even worse, but I waited in line for my entire lunch break because it took her a lifetime to find the codes to ring up the people before me. My co-worker, who also loves this particular sandwich had THE SAME exact thing happen to her and honestly the only person to ever make this simple sandwich correctly is Rose. If you dont see Rose at the deli, just walk away because no one else there knows what the hell they are doing.

Expensive, unhealthy food, terrible service ,especially in the morning. There is no self checkout in the morning,no order,no structure,no consideration for the customer. Always people and employees smoking cigarettes right by the sliding doors. Always homeless hanging out inside the deli eating area so me and my child are forced to sit outside amongst more smokers and homeless, police always there, for crimes and homeless

2 stars for location only. produce had been terrible for the past year, service across the board is lacking Id assume due to poor management and there is always a lack of cashiers (I assume trying to push self checkout still stupidest thing ever by the way) Id only use self checkout if your giving me a 10% discount otherwise Im not bagging my own stuff!!!

The morning manager is a big fat white guy who does not have the personality to be a manager. He is very stoic and unenergetic with a very dis likeable disposition. The Baggers are inadequate and dont know how to bag properly but at least they are friendly. I recommend going to the La Verne Vons they have friendlier service.

Terrible! Starbucks manager is extremely rude! I have been shopping here for 10+ yrs they seem to forget there is other stores nearby to shop at. I will gladly travel 100 miles and pay double to shop elsewhere. They are a big co. they dont need my $400 a week. What a shame that one person can create all this Grief

Somewhat better selection of produce and processed food than Stater Bros., but it is no source of unique options. Higher prices, so pick and choose. But big warning! They use deceptive sign placement so that you assume that you are buying the least expensive option when you are not.

I was over charged $50.00, I made it clear to the cashier whos an older man prbly the opening manager that I didnt want something that wasnt on sale until Friday, well he still charged me, I also asked a clerk for a product and he wasnt helpful. Im not a Vons shopper its overpriced.

This is the worst vons I have ever shopped at it was my first and last! The employee was rude and spoke to everyone as if we were idiots. Never coming back here and definitely letting everyone I know to not shop here either! And they are waaay over priced! Ugh!

Every time I go to this place, i always notice all the employees looking at me like if im going to steal something, then when i go to the register, they act pretty rude. I would advise not going to this VONS because of the way they are throughout the store.

I go to Vons for gas more often than groceries but I enjoy some of the bakery section for rolls, soup and the tres leches cake which I am currently binging on, but otherwise its a Vons which is a good basic grocery store and nothing especially more.

Even if I had the amount of money it took to feed my family, Id shop elsewhere! The clerks are Moody, and seem annoyed when asked a question. However, Starbucks, which is also in the store is exceptional. Good customer service!

Definitely a large supermarket with fresh meat and produce everyday. The aisles are really orderly and the large signs make things very organized and easy to find.

My only complaint is that they dont always restock very fast or carry everthing, so I have to go to Albertsons for the rest.
