Went for the Boneless Chicken breast on sale. The case where it should be was empty. I went to the meat counter and found no one there. I waited about 4 minutes still no one. seen a bell mounted on the wall, and while it didnt say ring for service, I rang it anyway. waited another 2-3 minutes and rang a second time. waited about a minute and rang one long burst. waited another couple minutes and walked to the front where I found the Manager. he had the store phone on one ear and his cell phone in his hand texting something. Waited for him for close to 2 minutes when one of the cashiers asked if I needed help. By that time I was so put out that I just informed her that NO ONE was at the meat counter and I had been waiting almost 10 minutes with no help! I will never go to that store or any other Ralphs again!

This Ralphs is a great place for fresh fare. Fruit is perfect and ready to buy, not too ripe. I can assume that because it is a busy store. Shelves are always refilled and you can find some great buys on things that are within a week of the expire date. They do not allow old stuff to stay around that long. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the bathrooms are disgusting. REALLY BAD! Old and dirty. It does not represent what the rest of the store tries to be or actually is!

I have been coming to this Ralphs for years and it has progressively gotten worse. The meat department is very good at hiding the fat and making the meat look much better than it is. The grocery baggers are horrible, they cant organize to save their lives. The checkers are not friendliest ( very few times have I had one in a good mood.) I must the produce guys are nice. I constantly have to dodge one of the butchers, because he fliers with me. Need to go to pavillions.

I love this grocery store! I always find myself in here and even on my worst days, when I look like death when I am sick, they smile and remember me and tell me to get better soon, the sushi staff is wonderful! They are my new friends and are such a sweet couple, they will personalize your sushi if they are there preparing some already and really do a fantastic job, its better than some restaurant sushi!!!

The manager always comments about my purchases (booze) and I wish hed just say hello and keep his mouth shut. They fired the retarded bag boy who one time grabbed my wifes boob after insisting on giving her a hug. Rude blonde checker lady, the one who just had a baby, you guys know the one Im talking about. Over all, rude! I wish there were more options.
