These people are garbage. Went into the store seeking advice and supplies to fix a leaking sink. Nobody was in the store when I walked in. I called out hello and someone said they would be up in a minute. When the older guy came out he was extremely busy with the poker game on his phone (winning virtual money is better than real money?) and started a conversation with another employee. I asked if I was disturbing their conversation and told them I was used to the customer coming first. One of them left and the older guy took me to an aisle in the store trying to help...all while playing poker on his phone. These people are not interested in helping you.

Called looking for a replacement tank. They took a picture of one and told me 20$. Got to the store the next day asking for the tank and they told me they broke it and had another one for 48$. The whole thing felt like a bait and switch. When I mentioned to the manager that I could get an almost complete toilet for another 20$ from Home Depot, he became agitated and somewhat hostile. I left and decided to take my business elsewhere. Im sure that these guys are good at some things, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (they broke the 20$ tank and happened to have another one for $48? Come on).

RIP-OFF experience. It seems as soon as they realize you are not a plumber (big return customer) they charge higher prices. Most products dont have price tags. More than once, I realized they charged me 75% more. Then I tried to return the over-priced item next day and he charged me $4 for re-stocking fee. If you are shopping over $3, go to Southland or Universal plumbing supply. Please share your experience, if you noticed the same practice. This is a really unfair habit they have (no price tags, jacked up prices for retail customers andre-stocking fee). Thank you

I should have listened to Jarrod. This place was a mess. the guy behind the counter was working on a pipe, talking to some guy, and didnt acknowledge my presence till I asked if he worked there. I went there to replace a shower valve that I had with me. He took it back to the parts room and came back with a valve that didnt match the one I had. He also lost the gasket that was on the valve and insisted that it wasnt there when I brought it in.

This place rocks. I had a broken kitchen faucet I purchased on eBay several years ago. It was not a name brand faucet, and so I was afraid the parts would be hard/impossible to find. When I brought the old cartridge to U-Plumb-it, the guy behind the counter took it to the back and returned a minute later with the exact replacement part. Saved me a ton of money as my alternative was buying a whole new faucet.

Once I finally decided to update my bathroom and kitchen faucets I visited "U Plumb It. I was planing to just look around. I ended up purchasing everything I needed to get the job done. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The prices were reasonable as well. I recommend this store to my fellow DIYers. The customer service alone is what got my business.

Great experience. The gentleman running the store knew exactly where to find the item I was seeking, and it was cheaper there than if I had bought it online and waited two days to receive it. I plan to go back to U-Plumb-It the next time I need plumbing supplies or tools.

I went in to U-Plumb-It for a small part. The staff was very knowledgeable and quickly found the exact thing I needed. I got home and it works no problem. Overall a great experience at a place with a neighborhood vibe.

I searched the web for a replacement valve without any luck. I took the broken valve in to the store. They did not have a replacement valve but they fixed my broken valve on the spot. Excellent Service!!!
