I spent two hours with 3 different people trying to order a garage door for my fiancé about two and a half months ago . The door was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 weeks , so at 5 weeks the guy finally calls and says they will deliver following sat ...no show ..next week he calls and says a few parts are not available for door and he will call back. no call week or so goes by and fiancé has had enough as they already sent bill for payment on door , so she calls and cancels door ...all of a sudden we have "WE HAVE YOUR DOOR READY FOR DELIVERY" CALLS left and right and she tells door idiots it has been canceled due to NON delivery. then she gets another bill from home depot for door ....she calls and RE-CANCELS door and all is said to be ok by home depot ....not door idiots are calling to deliver again ......DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A WELL RUN STORE ????? I wish this on no-one !!! I will have to come from Dallas to Houston to get this resolved !! On THE NEWS if I have to !!

Its all about who you talk to. Some of the workers avoid you or are rude, others are really helpful and kind to you. I really like the ones that approach me and ask me if I need help if I look lost but leave me alone if I look in a hurry and know what Im getting. Today I had a really good experience in the garden center, I got a lot of help finding poison oak killer as well as tips on how to make sure I didnt kill my other pants since Im just getting into landscaping. It made up greatly for the bad customer service I had at self checkout where I had a lot of heavy objects and the worker was more concerned about flirting with another coworker than helping me scan the object with her scanner gun. She was really rude and acted like I was getting in the way of her getting laid, it was really awkward and I will actively avoid her for now on. Im not going to let one extremely unsavory person ruin an entire store for me.

I agree with Julia...its all about who you talk to in the store. I had an excellent experience with a lady named Joyce in Lawn and Garden. She helped me pick out tomato plants and herbs to grow about which I knew close to nothing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered many questions I had. She also seemed patient with my lack of knowledge. I appreciated her very much. She should be boss of this department if shes not. Too bad I live in Deer Park...nowhere close to this location at all, just happened to be on this side of town.

I was helped by a man named Jesse who spent over 30 minutes with me trying to find the right screw to fix the brake on my wheelchair. He not only found it but spent his time in making sure it fit properly and the chair would secured when I stood up to transfer. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Jesses help. He is truly an asset to your store and a great example of what customer service should be. I will definitely shop at this store again.

My fiancé and I came here for a quote to purchase and install wood floors, and after 45 minutes and 4 different associates, not a single one of our questions were answered. It was as if every associate we encountered had never even heard of installing flooring before. They wasted our time and werent even apologetic about it. We decided that there was no way we were going to spend our money here and plan to take our business elsewhere.

I really enjoyed 90% of the staff here. Ive been 5 times week and interacted with multiple staffers at different shifts. Everyone I asked for help took care of me and introduced me to the most expert staffer in that field. Most of the time I didnt have a chance to ask for help because they asked me first. Reminded me of Walmart service in the early 90s, friendly helpful folks around every corner.

The store team helped out immensely with my Samsung appliance order that was back ordered by the manufacturer. Helen went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and I really appreciate the time she took to assist us. Jason 1, Jason 2 and Jocelyn were also fantastic. Great team working there!

The workers there are useless. No one ever knows where anything is at. They tell you a certain isle and what you asked for is no where to be found so you give up and just walk around yourself until you find what you need. Terrible customer service !!!!!!!! My rating is go to another place like Lowes

Horrible service! I am trying to call about Christmas lights to see if they have gotten these certain lights back in stock yet and ive been waiting 28 minutes now just for someone to answer the phone. Ill go to walmart or another home depot... this one is obviously not needing my business

Ms.Peggy in the flower department has a personal vendetta.She seems to be very bias and discriminatory against people she doesnt even know.Very rude! Though the store itself is always well kept and the other staff members are very nice.

Typical department store decent pricing but limited help. Stood by someone on the phone for a while and was never acknowledged, was never asked if I needed help, even when I looked for someone to help it was like playing hide and seek.

My visit to your store was unpleasant, could not find help, products was not what I was looking for, no cashier, just self check. And she was by her self. Had to go to other store to find sliding screen door that fit.

I purchased LEMON TREE after three months I discovered its orange tree. The guy with the garden dept. was with me and hes the one who told me this is a good lemon tree. The tag as well is lemon. Thats unbelievable

Ordered french doors which were not squared. Daylight could be seen through the gaps. Since doors had already been paid, customer service could care less. I will use alternative s in the future.

The employees were happy to come and help us as soon as we needed assistance. The check out transaction was quick and smooth. The checkout lady was also friendly.
