Very unprofessional staff rude assistant and store manager refused my return after not even 90 day purchase was up told me i had to vuy a plan and tbeyll exchange it. Unsanitary restrooms womens restroom had vomit on side and menstrual pads stacks out of disposal bin. Rat dropings in the caster aisles. The tools at harbor fright are cheaply made thats why the offer extended warranty but it reality there tools really suck. The supervisors stanf and look and you and from two aisles away yourher an associate or managment saying very clearly i did cocaine last night. The staff there is very unprofessional amd some kinda scary looking at little girls who walk in stores and yes my friends harbor frieght hires sex offenders i notced an employee at this store gazing at my 5 year old little girl i rabed her put her in my cart told my husband lets go. The lines arebterrible and half the merchandose in that stote has been returned and put back onto shelves. I would recomend you going northern tool or another harbor freight trash trash trash. Not to mention the roaches in the restroom yuck. My daughter went to pull one object off a peg and productsbtonthe right fell on her i mean it isntnserioys but it is when it can be harming to customers vuyer beware do not shop at this store . The products they offer to you at a good price are nothing compared to snap on within a month of using a product it goes out. I bought a winch recently and had to take it back to this store 5 times parts were missing there was used merchandise put nack on shelf i saw mangement bring that defective one i returned and put it back on shelf

Some really good deals to be found -- some items though, can be found elsewhere for the same price and at a higher quality. Steer away from anything precision in nature (taps, dies, meters,....etc [pipe threader being an exception to dies, which has proven itself to be a good buy] ). Theres actually been several tools purchased that I maybe expected to last for the one job originally intended for (and wouldve been a good buy even if) but continue to run strong. Staff isnt knowledgeable or helpful and checkout is painfully slow, but these arent the reasons we shop here.

The staff is very nice and helpful here. They have a great selection of tools, the prices are pretty good and they are even better when do you have an online coupon or some other promotion. Ive been burned by the quality of tools at Sears recently, and Im pretty surprised that hasnt happened here.

Havent been here and never will. Went to the store on 45 to pick up an item they didnt have. They called this store to see if they could do a physical check. She had to call 5-6 times because she kept getting either put on excessive hold or hung up on. So we went to the Humble store instead.

Staff seem to be dim witted. When I need to find an item I shoud led to, not pointed towards the general direction. Better training of products & the isle # ! I like Harbour Tools so 3 visits = 3 stars I hope to give 4 after my next visit

Couldnt make change for c-note on a $45 purchase. After 5 minutes, people stacking up behind the one open register, I said cancel the sale, and they said they "couldnt"! Ill skip harbor freight, now...
