I grew up in Southlake (parents still live in town), but now move around the country, as were a Navy family. No matter where we live in the country, I take my ring (and husbands watches) back to Southlake Jewlers for insurance appraisal update(s), maintenance, and repairs. Im the 3rd generation to have the diamond in my wedding ring, so we only trust Southlake Jewelers with the stone. My husband had the ring made at his family jewelers in El Paso, but the craftsmanship of the prongs were less than ideal. Southlake Jewelrs were able to re-craft the ring and make it more secure. The wedding ring has yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold...all of which ALWAYS looks amazing after the "tune ups" we get and after the reconstruction. I cant recommend them more

I just discovered this jewelry store and I am so glad that I did because this is the store that I had been looking for - the neighborhood full service jewelry store that is family owned and very customer friendly. They do the small things for you like changing watch batteries and sizing watch bands as well as jewelry and watch repair with a smile. They also will guide you in the selection of wedding and engagement rings and will skillfully repair your gemstone rings, earrings and necklaces. This is a great place to do business with and I found that they will take care of all my jewelry needs. Call them and experience the difference and you will be very glad that you did..

My wife and I just moved here from California and were looking for a local jeweler to fix my Movado watch. Jennifer greeted us at the door and took my watch to the back to be repaired. She came back in about 5 minutes and said "here you go, is there anything else we can help you with?". We ended up purchasing a ring for my wife. We were so pleased with the professional friendly service from Jennifer and Chris. No pressure, just showing us different options and ideas. By far one of the best experiences we have ever had with a local jeweler. By the way, they called us the same day and said the ring was ready. Very fast service.

Thought I would use this place due to good reviews. WRONG! Didnt have my repair done on the day promised, and they hadnt even started on it, either. Obviously they didnt give a crap about keeping my business. I took my unrepaired necklace to Alliance Jewelry in Keller, who repaired my necklace for $25.00, not $60.00 as quoted by Southlake. Will NEVER go back. My necklace repair wasnt sexy enough for Southlake Jewelry.
