I will only go to this location in the D/FW area. I had a horrible customer service / quality of service experience at the Hurst location a few months ago. I took my watch in to have the battery replaced and they said it would take approximately 3-5 weeks to get it back as they had to send it off. I called after four weeks to see what the status was and was told I could come pick it up and that it had been done for a few days. No one ever called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up, i noticed that one of the pins that held the band together was bent. I pointed this out to the associate, who asked her assistant manager to come speak with me. The assistant manager said that it was due to my wear and tear and started to walk away. I let her know that it wasnt bent when I left the watch with them and expected it to be fixed. She reluctantly agreed to send it in to Tag Heuer to have it fixed. When I called a few weeks later to check the status - was again told it had been back a few days and could come pick it up. This past weekend, the pin that was originally bent, broke off! I dont think it was ever sent to Tag Heuer to be fixed. I decided to go back to the Southlake location as I had received impeccable customer service when I had a ring re-sized. Courtney Francis at the Southlake location could not have been more kind, courteous and sincere and has said she will research the situation and have my watch fixed. I will only got to the Southlake location going forward.

DO NOT take your jewlery here for repair!! I wanted to give 0 stars, but this app wouldnt let me. I dropped my husbands Movado watch off for repair two weeks before Christmas. He got it from my Mom who died from cancer several years ago, so its literally invaluable. Got a call saying it was ready the first Friday of the New Year. My husband & I go pick it up and they couldnt find it. They searched the store for 30 mins and did not find it. Apology after apology, but no watch. Then the guy checks the system to see that it was still out for estimates and it would be another week. The following week I get another call saying it was ready. I swing by the store again & still no watch. I stood there for 40 minutes while they searched the store for my watch. They finally find it and promise it will be ready in a week. Against my better judgement, I agree. Two weeks go by and no one calls. I just called and the guy tells me he cant find my husbands watch!!! What the hell! I demanded to speak to the manager and then the guys says hell have him call me back in 15 mins. Well 40 mins go by & I finally call them and speak to the manager Reggie who tells me the watch is ready. No apologies, no compensation for the inconvenience, nothing. Worst customer service & even worse organizational system for the repair shop. NO ONE knew what was going on at any given moment and now Im praying now the watch repair actually holds up.

NO STARS but this site wouldnt let me post without selecting a stupid star. I was told my husbands ring I bought from Jareds could be resized. Well it was but appeared liked it was half melted. It wasnt even circular anymore. Then I was told I would have to order straight from the manufacturer in order to get the size I needed. I did. I was told I would be contacted in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks went by, no contact, no ring. I went to the store on 2 separate occasions, never receiving my ring or an explanation. Finally, 5 months later my husband shows up mad as heck, get this, not only did my ring arrive, they failed to contact me when it did, so they SOLD IT!!! I had to reorder YET AGAIN and was told I would get a call in 5 days. No call. Showed up a week later and had to ask for it. I explained how upsetting this was. How unprofessional it was. How this didnt make me feel like the valued customer they claimed we were (repeat customers for a 3rd time in 2 years). All I got were shoulder shrugs. If he or she went to Jared, pray you dont get royally screwed. And anyone who says a negative comment is ridiculous lives in a land with unicorns. I have no other motive than to share my experience as it happened to me.

They used to have lifetime battery replacement for watches - went in this past weekend and was told they couldnt "find" me so they couldnt do this. Also, took a ring (my great grandmothers) for repair and they couldnt do it in house so they sent it out and then called me 3 weeks later saying they couldnt fix it. When I picked it up, they just handed it to me...no checks to make sure it was still the same ring they sent off and when I asked for this, they seemed put out by the requests. Im sorry, but you had my ring for 3 weeks - it is not unreasonable to ensure it is the same one with the same diamonds that I left with them. I will never go back to Jared again.

Go to Jared in Southlake, if you wanted to be treated like you are shopping for a used car. They have 15 salespeople on rotation, just waiting to suck you in. Some of their "Used car salesmen techniques" Sit down right here, Sit down right here. When you sit down, youll notice your chair is 1 foot off the ground, so your looking up at the salesperson. This is called, salesperson dominant position. Then once you get close to buying something, all the sales people stand around staring out of the corner of their eyes, waiting to see if youll bite and if you dont they get pissed in their own little way. Anyways, enjoy!!!

We had a great experience when we bought my engagement ring here almost 2 years ago. My rating would have been 5 stars. Sadly, our experience getting my husbands wedding band has been the exact opposite. They never ordered the ring in the first place. Even though we selected 2 options. My husband had to go into the store the day of our wedding to get fitted for a ring to use for the ceremony. Weve been married for almost 4 weeks and still no ring. They keep telling me any day now. Im so disappointed in this turn in service. We will never shop here again.

Today is our 20 anniversary we went to look at rings since I wanted an emerald for this anniversary. We got there early in the day and had the pleasure to meet Ben Howard he was so pleasant and willing to share his knowledge about watches with us. We ended up purchasing a ring for me and the most amazing watch for my husband. If you want wonderful customer service look for Ben Howard at the Jared in Southlake Town Square.

Rick is a very personable salesman who doesnt just care about making a sale, he cares about you as a person. He helped me find the exact ring that I wanted for my fiancé and was not pushy as other salespeople are towards higher priced jewelry. He knew my situation and kept me within it without trying to talk me into spending money I did not have. Thank you!
