The sales lady and salesman was very rude to us. Had attitude issue. If you want to go to zales. Please dont come to the one in the Irving mall. Seems like they dont want to be doing their jobs. Go the the one in grapevine outlet they are really nice and willing to help you.

I went expecting some sort of help from the guy who worked there. The sales rep didnt appear interested in helping didnt bother to recommend anything. Theyre not getting my money.

Beware of their warranties. They sale you a waranty for life, but the waranty is worthless when they need to the the work!
