I have never been more treated with such rudeness as I was today at your store. I came in to have a charm added to my bracelet that I received as a gift from my family. This is a James Avery charm. I waited at the counter for a couple of minutes and was approached by your associate Samantha. I asked if the charm could be added while I waited as I had driven from another city to your store. She told me no at first and said I would have to leave it and pick it up on Monday. She said they were too busy. So I told her I had driven a ways and could she please do it today. She looked at her watch and said I can have ready by 5:30pm. I told her I wouldnt be able to stay in the area that long. I also wanted to purchase 2 necklaces. She said "you may want to go to our new store in Hurst in the future". Yes...She said that! She finally agreed to put the charm on while I waited. Her attitude was so smug and acted as though I was an inconvenience. She added the charm to my bracelet as my husband and I waited. She brought it out on a tray and again with the smug attitude shoved it towards me. I smiled, said thank you and took my bracelet. She didnt acknowledge my thank you and walked away to join 4 other ladies working in the store. Maybe I could have understood her attitude if it were only she and one other working but there were 5 people! When I left there was noone else in the store. They were all huddled staring at my husband and I as we left. Ive always had excellent customer service at this location but after being treated like garbage today by Samantha I wont be back.

I have gotten many charms as well as bracelets from James Avery and they are ready 24 hours later. The second I walk through the door I feel like I have a personal connection with everyone there. They are so nice and patient with everyone. Nothing could make me stop going.
