Took my 1989 Tag Heuer, which was handed down to me from my father, in for a crystal replacement and to be polished. Watch was in descent condition, held time perfectly, and there were no missing parts. Peter, the owner, recommended a full service on the watch which included new seals, new battery, and a full polish. I agreed to the full service and explained to him that it was of great sentimental value and I wanted it to be done right, hence the agreement of the full service. Two months go by and it was finally ready. When went in to pick up the watch. I noticed the clasp had a piece missing completely. Peter agreed to replace it. I went back two days later, the clasp was replaced. Problem was, the clasp wasnt an exact match but Peter refused to make it right. I took the watch anyways and told him if the clasp had problems, it was coming back. After having the watch 4 days, I documented a 1 hour per week loss in time. Took it back to them and told them to fix it. They agreed to and it now holds time correct, but only after not having it for an additional month. As it is now, the watch was never polished, the clasp is no longer original and does not fit 100%, and just the other day, I noticed that the rotating bezel was broken into two pieces and they glued it back together and did not replace it or even notify me that the bezel had broken ( I guess when they did the full service/crystal replacement). I did take the watch in one last time to explain how disappointed I was on the service that had been provided. The agreed to replace the broken bezel and the clasp at no charge to me. Im surprised and pleased that they offered to do so. I just wish the problems hadnt occurred in the first place.

I love this place because the staff is always friendly, the service is far with a quick turnaround for services. I started shopping with him when he was in the mall for my and my husbands wedding rings and he shops there for all the holidays. He shops there when he really wants to surprise me for the holidays. Im spoiled. He has had antique watches fixed, new watches purchased (he has a thing for them) and a gorgeous ring for our anniversary/birthday (a month from each other). He has made a matching ring for our fifth anniversary with a sapphire (it wasnt a set and five years later) and now a beautiful one for our 15th. Was supposed to be a pretty diamond solitaire, since I dont like diamonds made it into a beautiful ring with 12 tiny diamond accents, six on each side. He remembers repeat customers and meets us when he sees us. The young women work hard to please us. I love him and will only go to him, not even his brothers. Jenny Hall

I shopped around quite a bit, in different stores and online, to find the perfect ring for my fiancé. After a lot of great advice from the attendant at Nasr Bros. Jewelers and some very personal help and interaction with Mr. Nasr I found the perfect band for a great price and he also offered to set my diamond for free. Mr. Nasr went on to show me my diamonds unique qualities under a magnifying lens and gave some advice about insurance. Several months later my fiancé and I came back to look at wedding bands. While there we asked about getting the original ring resized a bit smaller, Mr. Nasr did this for us, once again, for free, while an attendant went out of her way to find the perfect wedding bands that fit our budget. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

Ive always found Nasr Jewelers to be honest, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Years ago I bought an opal ring and they were so courteous Ive gone back for everything else since. Whether a watch repair or helping my brother look at engagement rings, they never push for a sale. They explain everything, answer every question, and their prices are better than any other jeweler Ive visited. Mr. Peter Nasr is a wonderful gentleman. He always greets me when I come in, asks about my family and myself, and genuinely listens. It has a family-friendly atmosphere with superb quality and variety. I wont shop anywhere else. If you need jewelry, custom or standard, theres no better place to go. Thank you so much for everything Nasr Jewelers!

These people are a joke to say the least. My wife had a custom wedding ring made for me and after they had taken 80% of her money the ring was nowhere near design what she had explained she wanted nor the size requested. The design, pictures that she provided of my lost ring of 35 years and the size to be 11.5 none of which was honored. This jeweler told her the ring of over $12k needed to be paid for or the amount she paid would be non-refunded. I called and spoke to Mr. Nasr the owner and he said he would size the ring for additional money however he could not allow a return or refund of the ring but he would buy the ring that my wife paid over $12,000.00 for around $4500. What a joke!!

Absolutely horrible experience with Mr. Nasr. Wouldnt remove his Bluetooth headset while talking with me, had OUTRAGEOUSLY inflated prices (I saved ~40% by purchasing somewhere else), and was very condescending towards me. I supposed I wasnt dressed as well as he expected for someone inquiring for what I was. Whatever the reason, my experience was so offensive I refuse to enter this store for so much as a watch battery or cleaning. Shop around folks, youll find that the prices are inflated to ridiculous levels and the service is a smidge below what you could expect from a mall kiosk. Avoid at all costs.

An amazing experience! My husband and I are very cautious about any jeweler working on my wedding ring. But the time had come for some overdue maintenance and this jeweler did a fantastic job! The owner is very "hands on", friendly and trustworthy! My ring looks as beautiful as the day my husband gave it to me, over 17 years ago. This is the only jeweler I will ever go to from now on. The store in Denton is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is very focused on customer service! Thank you for your great craftsmanship!

Went shopping with my boyfriend for my engagement ring. (good man wanting to get what I wanted) and Peter and Diana were so great. Diana definitely loves what she does and really cares about all of her customers...it shows...she is not just trying to "sell" jewelry. Peter was great with remembering my boyfriend from previous visits and treated us like family. We will go back to buy the bands and whatever jewelry that we need in the future. Took my wedding ring in because it had become damaged, one of the prongs had become bent. He fixed it and polished it and made it look newer than when my husband first bought it. I was very pleased. And he did the work with in 2 hours. I thought for sure it would be a couple of days before they would be able to get to it. But nope just 2 hours! My rings loom so pretty and shiny. And I cant even tell which prong was broken. I will definitely be going there for now on!
