My summarized opinion of them is that they are much too aggressive. Went in looking for an engagement ring. The woman helping us was nice (so Ill be nice and not mention her name), but she made us uncomfortable. The first ring I tried on my finger, she ecstatically said, "Oh, this seems like the one! And look its your perfect size!" Note, she says this as its taking me a solid 15 seconds or so just to work the ring off of my finger; she obviously has a different definition of perfect size. She continued to do this, and continuously handed me her favorite rings, even though I repeatedly told her that I dont like that style. Once I found a ring that I was slightly considering, Bevi talked us through some technical details at a desk area, which was fine. Then, the other lady took me back out to the floor to get my ring size, while Bevi continued to talk to my boyfriend at the desk area. After they were through and came back to the floor, Bevi asked me a few questions about the ring, then left. Later, my boyfriend told me Bevi was pressuring him to open an account, he said he didnt want to yet, and she aggressively said, "Why not?! Thats the one she wants!" My boyfriend knows me very well and he could tell that I didnt like this ring as much as I liked one we found somewhere else. He politely insisted that he did not want to open an account, and explained to her why. Then, apparently, after she came back to the floor, the questions she asked me were pointed at rebutting what my boyfriend told her at the desk. After I had answered her, Bevi apparently gave him a rude glare and then walked away. When I left there, I was just uncomfortable. But after my boyfriend told me his side of the story, I was furious. It definitely seemed like they didnt care about finding what you really wanted; they just wanted you to buy something.

I was excited to get my fiancé his ring. Especially knowing that helzberg diamonds had the ring we both loved. Ordered the ring. Got the ring in great timing. Found a flaw in the ring. I brought it back and the manager (Jennifer) apologized By the way Jennifer is very professional. She said it should be back 2-3weeks TOPS. For me not to call that they will call me. Well a month went by and no call. Within the week that made that month I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different workers. They told they would call me back and speak to the vendor. Some workers specified when they would call and even with that I wasnt reassured since I didnt get a call back. I immediately called the next day and requested to speak to a manager. There wasnt a manager on duty but the woman said that I can speak to Jennifer which she eased my mind that I would get my ring in time for my wedding. Which is this week! She promised she would put a rush on it and keep me updated which she did. I felt reassured with her. She called on Saturday telling me to pick up my fiancé wedding band. I was ecstatic! Went there with my fiancé and Jennifer was actually busy with a few customers. The woman whom searched for the ring showed me the ring and it came back WORSE than what I brought it back for! I was embarrassed because my fiancé was upset. He basically said if we knew this, we should of kept it the way it was the first time. Theres tons of scratches on the ring to where matte black is silver. Im just truly disappointed at this point. I will not be going back.

WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HELZBERG EVER AGAIN! PURCHASED ENGAGMENT RING, WAITED 3 WEEKS TO GET THE RING SIZED. WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HAVING THE RING A DIAMOND FELL OUT. I TOOK THE RING BACK TO THE STORE TO HAVE THE DIAMOND REPLACED. 4 WEEKS LATER THEY HAD THE RING READY TO BE PICKED UP. I GO PICK UP THE RING AND LEAVE THE STORE. WITHIN HOURS OF HAVING THE RING BACK ANOTHER DIAMOND FELL OUT. I TOOK THE RING BACK TO HELZBERG LETTING THEM KNOW I NO LONGER WANT THE RING AS THIS IS NOT NORMAL. THEY LET ME CHOOSE ANOTHER RING. THEY SEND IT OFF TO BE SIZED FOR 4 WEEKS. MY fiancé picked up the ring AND I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET HOME. I GOT HOME AND THE RING WAS DAMAGED FROM GETTING SIZED. THE CENTER DIAMOND WAS NOT CENTERED. THE SIDE DIAMONDS WERE NOT EVEN AND THE BOTTOM PART OF THE RING WAS BROKE. THE STORE REFUSED TO TAKE MY RING BACK. THEY OFFERED TO ORDER ME A NEW RING THAT WAS IN MY SIZE DIRECT FROM THE MANUFATURE. THIS ALL STARTED 05/2016 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RING AND ITS 11/29/16. I JUST SPOKE WITH STORE MANAGER AND THEY ARE SAYING I SHOULD HAVE RING THIS WEEK. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY AN ENGAGMENT RING... DONT GO TO HELZBERG... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A JEWELRY STORE.

I would give zero stars if I could. I came in to exchange my husbands wedding band for a different size. We were well within the 60 day policy stated on the receipt, yet we waited an hour and spoke to 5 different workers who consistently tried to upcharge us for an exchange for an identical item. They could not do the exchange after we waited for so long, and ended up going to the nearby Zales. Excellent service at Zales, and we purchased a more expensive band on the spot. They even cleaned my engagement ring complementary. Will never return to any Helzberg - take your time and your hard earned money somewhere else.

Went in today to purchase ring I found on internet. With about 8 workers we were greeted and approached by NONE. Zero help. WE ACTUALLY stood there over the ring in question. Finally my husband said theres a Zales....So to Zales we went where Janell gave us a pleasing welcome so HELPFUL with our $2100.00+ purchase. Well never take our business nor recommend Helzberg Diamonds. Thanks to Janell with Zales I left a happy wife.
