Where do I Begin. I have shopped here two times for my furniture. The first time I shopped here I was new to the area and need to get some cheap reliable furniture. The furniture lasted about three years. I returned here to get another soild set. Picked out a set and was satisfied at first until it was delivered. The furniture that was delivered had scuffed marks and the wood on the arm was damaged. Also the couch was in two different shades. Okay so they reorder it. Couch came back new in the box, but was a different color then what I ordered. So pretty much they tried to give a used scuffed couch at first then sent another couch but the wrong color. I spent 1000 plus for this set not including the first set . I wasnt compensated at all . The staff was very Unprofessional. They dont value there customers . Next time I will shop at slumberland or hom furniture. I dont recommend shopping here at all. I only gave one star so I can write the review. I never write a review, but I dont want anyone to make the same mistake I made.

I should have given zero star but there is no zero star. about 3 weeks ago, i bought a sectional sofa and coffee table and scheduled delivery after 3 or 4 days which is tuesday. They canceled the first delivery. i called several times and they said one of the driver called in sick. I said ok how about tomorrow? we agreed to do the next day which is wednesday. I called them wednesday afternoon to ask the status. they said they are on their way. again. no delivery. I called them repeatedly but they already closed, 7:00PM. on thursday, I went to the store and asked what the problem is. they said "WE DIDNT HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER" I said can I see the invoice you have. My phone number is written clearly on the invoice. may be they cant read it? the items they carry are not too bad but their customer service is poor, especially their delivery.

The furniture here is very nice, but the customer service is terrible. They wont answer the phone, in the store they wont help you. They are very rude, lazy and only want to sit behind their table all day. The only salesman there that actually was good was Dana, she deserves a 5 star and the rest deserves termination. Update: It has been a week later and I still havent received the rest of my furniture. Aparrently the sofa I ordered broke so they have to send a new one, which has not happened either.

I purchased my furniture from this store....there customer service isnt really good....the lady that helped me is a short Ethiopian lady...I think her name is yenet, she is very smiley and Friendly....she was really helpful we we were there for 2 hours and she was so patcient. After i bought my furniture the other sales that worked there were are not helpful. they kept me on hold for 20 minute and they were very rude.

Outstanding service. We ordered complete house furniture and they delivered all of it on time. I would recommend to everyone and anyone. Again, this was couch, love-seat, queen bed and two night stands, the cool thing about this place is you can go to other furniture stores. guess what? they match it or even give you lower price. Would shop there again.

Fantastic furniture store. Excellent customer service, great products at a decent price. This is the second time that I have bought furniture from Chicago furniture. Yenet was very helpful. My order came in two weeks ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Chicago furniture.

The people here are very unprofessional I have been waiting over a week and when I call they said they dont have me on file for anything but toke my money they need to get it together stop taking people money if they arent getting what they pay for I dont recommend them at all
