I came in late on a Sunday afternoon looking for a new bed. Calvin immediately came over to help me. First we did the "Bed Match" diagnostic. We walked around the showroom so I could try the different beds suggested for me. Then we checked the outlet area in the back and Calvin looked up items in the system at other locations. Never once was I pressured about anything. I thought getting an adjustable frame was completely out of my price range but Calvin and Jolene made it happen- along with one of the mattresses the "Bed Match" tool had suggested. They stayed after the store had closed to help me find what I would be happy with at a price I could afford. Never rushed me. Never upsold me or pushed anything I wasnt interested in. Despite being an outlet item, Jolene has given us 30 days to sleep on the bed, exchange it or return it. Ive had the bed almost 2 weeks and so far I am really happy with it. Im sleeping straight through the night again, something I havent done in years. I cant recommend the customer service enough. Somehow they made it a fun experience! I had the bed in my home in 2 days and the delivery guys were very careful, nice and on time. Give this place a try if you need furniture or accessories for your home. The outlet area is full of great stuff. I will shop there again for sure and Ive already recommended it to a few people!

We worked with Calvin at the Apple Valley Clearance Center location and had a great experience with him! We purchased a clearance swivel chair that fits our upstairs living room perfectly, along with a power reclining couch and Ashley recliner for our downstairs family room, both of which were Special Value pieces. Calvin explained the difference between the one-of-a-kind clearance center stuff and the Special Value furniture that would be delivered to our house as new stock pieces. I was most impressed with Becker when we had an issue with a lighted cup holder on the new couch. The delivery guys immediately reported the problem and a repair person was at our house within a few days to fix the cup holder. The repair person said hes been with Becker for over fifteen years! The process to fix the problem worked flawlessly and the longevity of the repair person is impressive. Thanks for your good service!

Purchased a loveseat, couch, and storage ottoman towards the beginning/middle of May. Becker didnt have it in stock right away so they said I would need to wait for the next truck load to come in before it could be delivered. At first, they said I would (probably) have it by memorial day weekend...that never happened. They than said, I should have it the following weekend...nope, still never happened. It has now been over a month and I still have no furniture. They still have no freaking idea when Im getting it. Worst customer service ever. This business needs to find a way to keep better track of their customers orders instead of being completely unaware of everything.

Was looking for a new patio set and started locally. Went into Becker Furniture World in Apple Valley and was very surprised to find a wonderful, genuine sales person named Dusty. She helped select a very nice clearance patio set that was priced to go AND helped us find a living room set of 1-1/2 chairs that are very hard to find. Very pleased with the purchase and the service. We did go back a few days later and purchased an entertainment cabinet, but this time we dealt with a disinterested sales person who was not as friendly or helpful. Its true, the employees really make a big difference when it comes to deciding on a purchase.

We found exactly what we needed with the help of our awesome salesperson, Nicole. She was so friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy at all (we highly recommend her!) We selected a very comfortable power reclining sofa and love-seat with power headrests, and a sofa table/chest. We are very satisfied with the quality of the furniture, and the prices were great. The delivery guys were friendly and courteous, and did a great job getting the furniture into the house, placing it just where we wanted. We experienced top-notch customer service throughout the entire process of our purchase and delivery. Well definitely be back soon!

I was searching for a new recliner that had storage and cup holders. I went into Becker to see what they had. Calvin was there and he helped me. He showed me a love seat that had storage and cup holders. I told him that I needed to bring my husband back to look at it. When I came back with my husband Calvin told us that he had a new leather couch that had just came in. This couch has it all, storage, cup holders, lights, outlets. I didnt think that there was any way that my husband would go for this couch. Calvin worked his magic and now my husband and I are completely satisfied with this couch. Thank you again Calvin.

We had a great experience shopping at the new Becker Furniture outlet in Apple valley. We worked with Bruce on the purchase of a new mattress. Bruce was very informative about mattress selection and was not pressuring at all. His goal was to make us happy with a great product at the best possible price. He even recommended us get a promotional deal. The transaction was smooth and the delivery of our new mattresses and take a way of our old ones was flawless. Will definitely be going back to Bruce and Becker team in the future.

We have had our sectional sofa for about a month and we love it. Since Apple Valley is a clearance center, the prices were more affordable. Mike was very helpful and explained what items were priced as-is and what items were negotiable. There was a small issue with not getting the hardware needed to attach the feet on the ottoman, but I called the store and they sent me the missing hardware. They were happy to correct the issue, and I was happy with the service.

I Bought my living room couch from Becker. It took me a while to find something perfect for my family but the employees at Becker were really friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. They delivered my couch promptly and the movers were very friendly and positioned my couch to my liking. I went back and brought my mom and my sister. my sister bough her bed frame there. All in all they have great quality inexpensive furniture and Ill be back again.

Their furniture is far overpriced for the quality. Disappointed is this "outlet". There are far better quality pieces for cheaper at other outlet stores. Maybe some folks dont care if the cushions are sewed onto the sofa, but to me its tacky and a waste. Sales people were friendly and gave me enough space to look, while also being available for questions, which is the only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one.

This place is amazing! its great to go in every week and see if they have anything new which is great since we just moved. and their prices cant be beat. Bruce was amazing in helping us pick out our new mattress/bed set up (and we were pretty indecisive at first). he was friendly, joked with us and never once pushed for the sale. Have been back multiple times since that first experience because everyone is so great there!
