My husband went to the service center yesterday to get help with his brand new $800 phone which was defective. Ultimately, he was told that nothing could be done to help him. He was so frustrated that he walked out and left the phone, packaging, and all. Now, my husband can be gruff so I decided to go to the store to get the phone and return it since we bought it online. I was told by the service center I had to talk to a guy named Andy. They took me over to the store to get the phone from Andy. Since Andy was with a customer, I had to wait to get the phone. I was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. I sat there for LITERALLY for 1 hour waiting for someone to bring me the phone. The only reason I was helped at the 1 hour mark was because another customer took pity on me. During the wait, we had talked and I told her what I was there for. Her name got called before mine and directed the salesperson to help me first considering all I needed to do was retrieve the phone. I have no choice but to say this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my life. None of the employees showed any concern for my simple request. The couple of employees who knew why I was there simply ignored me and left for the day while I waited. In the end, there was no need to talk to Andy and all that happened was they gave me the phone and the packaging. Now, I understand why my husband because so frustrated. After 13 years with ATT, my husband and I are seriously considering our options in moving to a new service provider.

Horrible customer service. I visited the store and had to wait 5 minutes at the door until someone came to check me in. And that was after asking a sales rep for a check in and being rudely told to wait by the door. When the other sales rep came in, she did not even bother about writing down an estimate of service costs. And all I wanted was to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T. The sales rep did not even consider in her estimates the $ 100 credit + $ 200 store card per switched line promotion that AT&T was running. She gave me high price to switch and suggested me to educate myself better if I talked to Verizon. I felt that at least that store did not need my business. I went to the AT&T store at the Market Place Mall and the service over there was fantastic but the staff at the Propect Avenue store are a total embarrassment for AT&T

All of the staff at this store are absolutely fantastic! I came in to the store a couple of times because I was having complications with my new iPad Pro and they really made things right. I want to mention Manuel and Scott, in particular. Manuel was my primary point person through the experience and he was very helpful and extremely friendly; he really made it a good experience and always had my best interest in mind (thanks, Manuel!) Scott is the store manager there and was outstanding from the start. He is so personable and friendly and really went above and beyond in every way. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service and always left feeling really good about the transaction. Thank you, Scott! Tl;dr: GO TO THIS LOCATION! You will not regret it -Jaime J.

Ive never had such quick, friendly, and helpful service in a retail store as I did at the Prospect AT&T store. My wife and I were greeted at the door even in the evening rush. After a very short wait, Samantha set us up with a MicroCell, walked us through the installation, and answered all of our questions. We were in and out of the store in 12 minutes, and left with a smile on our faces. AT&T needs more Samanthas!

Wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door. Drove 70 miles to this store as my local store didnt have a clue as to what I wanted (combine two existing phone plans and extend wifi service I had received in my new vehicle). Edna was very helpful along with Jordon. They even let us know we were eligible for a discount with AARP. Was worth the drive! Thank you!

Super fast and helpful service. The girl who greeted us was very friendly and asked me what all I needed help with and gave that information to another employee who helped me get exactly what I needed done. He held great conversations with us while we waited for my phones to sync up and all that... Really nice service and I was in and out in a respectable time.

Took back an item that we couldnt use, because it wouldnt work on our system. They only gave us back the taxes on it, and said that in 6 months after we pay $33.33 a month for it, they would credit our account. Until then we have to pay for an item we dont have or pay $157 to have it removed from our bill.

It was good until I return my Uverse router. They have me swiped my card, I was thinking naively that has to do with some kind of refund. Right after I have swiped I asked where do I put the router and they said,"The router is yours" Beyond pissed that I have gotten scammed out of 200 dollars.

These guys are super helpful. There is a phone repair store connected. The sales staff recommended that I buy a phone several hundred dollars cheaper than the one I was thinking about, even though the sales staff gets commission!!!!! How often does that happen?!?!?

the whole Chambana area has very bad cellular coverage, the voice calls are low quality and data if you are in west area you will get one bar. its a shame att sells "full service" to all without telling the truth.

I got them to answer the phone once. I went there and they ordered me a gear VR they said ID get the tracking number and they would let me know when it shipped. I cant get them to answer the phone.
