I like to go to Radioshack to get my electronic components needs. I know that I could find cheaper online. However, I buy local so that I can buy local. The service is mediocre. It seems that most workers are not very interested in their jobs. I love Radioshack because I can fuel my new electronic ideas right then and there. :)

I am old and in a chair,sometimes in enough pain that Im hard to deal with, but this is one place I have never had any problems. Good people who work at being helpful to those of us less technically oriented....they try to please.
