Went in for a problem with my phone. Customer service representative stated, "Well, I have never seen this, why dont you go to this other store called SimplyMac in the mall so they can look at it and determine if it is a manufacturers defect." It is a good thing I pay for that Verizon phone insurance.

I could not have asked for better service from the staff when updating my phone. They not only answered every question in terms that were easily understood but they did it with patience and kindness. Jenny was very helpful. I will not hesitate in returning to this store again.
