I cant believe all the positive reviews for this place. They clearly did not know how to handle my repair and made me wait hours while they took in 12 other repairs AFTER me and completed them for customers. Each time I asked I got a totally new reason for the delay which contradicted the previous one. They then still charged me $200 for a horrible low-quality off-name screen. I thought I was getting an original part for that money, which was gorilla glass. Sent me out saying the phone was working AND IT NEVER DID- no microphone, no touchscreen. I took it back, had to wait another day, and was told all the connections are fixed now. It lasted 2 more days, then no sound or touch again. A second shop told me there had been so much damage to the connections when replacing the screen that now I need to get a new phone.

Poor service. I was hesitant to write a review at first because the technician is a man in a wheel chair. My phone was not turning on and it turns out it is a simple battery problem. He simply charged it for a couple of hours and gave the phone back to me with a 90 day warranty and charged me $45 for it. The problem surfaced again in a week and when I asked him to replace the battery to fix the real root cause, he said it would cost an extra $60 including labour. I offered to pay just for the cost of the battery as it is still covered under the warranty and the diagnosis was not proper in the first place but he didnt agree and instead asked me to get a new phone. Poor diagnosis and overly priced.

My girlfriend and I were in the Aurora/Naperville area to get an oil change at the dealership where we bought our car and my girlfriend dropped her iPhone 6 on the ground shattering the glass. We immediately googled this Illinois Cell Phone Repair and Uberd there from the the dealership. I never caught the gentlemans name, but he was the only one in the store. He examined the phone and quoted us a price. it was a little higher than what we couldve replaced the glass for in the city, but he gave us a small discount. The store is a bit unkept and smells really bad but the work the guy did on the iPhone was really good. My girlfriend was very pleased with the workmanship.

These guys are the best they saved my life. I spilled some water on my phone and it just shut off. I took it to apple store and was told it cant be fixed. I didnt have my phone backed up so all my important information was gone. I didnt Care about the phone but my contacts and pictures are very important to me. One of my friend told me about Illinois cell phone repair so I brought my phone to these guys. Not only these guys fixed my phone I had all my information back. Im very grateful and thankful of these guys. I backed up my info soon after and my phone is still working.

After reading reviews I decided to check this place out. Before doing any new work he took my phone apart and showed me where someone did a shoddy job replacing my screen (that had stopped working). He even installed a used screen on my iphone to show me my phone still worked. Because my screen was not working and the LCD needed replacing he cut me a deal. Now I have my iphone back in great condition. He gave me some further knowledge regarding the iphone and was very knowledgeable about them. I hope I dont have to visit them again but would defiantly recommend them.

Great Service- had my Ipad2 screen shattered. my ipad fell from the roof of my truck, i drove off with it lol. well i searched for ipad repair stores near naperville, came across IL cell repair on google. so i called up IL cell repair, took my ipad to their store, had to just wait for 20 mins and my Ipad2 was Brand Spankin New- like nothing ever happened to it. I could not be happier with the service I received at Illinois cell phone repair. I damaged the charging port on my HTC M8. I have so much important pictures text messages and data on the phone I never backed up. I dropped the phone off it was done within 45 minutes. The tech gave me quick debrief on what they repaired and seemed very knowledgeable about the components. I highly recommend this place for all cell phone repairs.

I had a great experience at Illinois cell phone repair. Honest and helpful staff. I broke my LCD screen on Samsung galaxy s6 screen went black, I did have insurance on the phone and it wouldve been little cheaper but I never backed up my data. They replaced the screen in less than an hour phone was good as new. They also helped how to backup and restore my info. Knowledgeable, fast, and good service I highly recommend.

i droped my phone and broke the touch screen . i took my phone to apple store they wanted over $ 200 + they said it will take 2 to 4 weeks to get my phone fixed . my friend told me about il cell phone repair . I took my phone their they fixed my phone in 30 mins and also installed screen protector everything under $ 90 saved alots of money . great service & friendly staff . highly recommended .

I was told by my friend to check this place out. Very quick and they did a fantastic job repairing my I pad air. I had an iPad air with a destroyed screen and multiple dents and bends in the casing, these guys were able to replace the screen and fix some of the casing defects with no problem and it was ready same day for a reasonable price. I would recommend Illinois cell phone repair.

These guys are amazing! I had s broken screen on my Nokia Lumia and I called to see if they have the replacement screen in stock. They did and will take 45 minutes to replace the screen. The phone was repaired on time for the quoted price no surprises. The phone works and looks brand new. Great and fast service. I would recommend IL cell phone repair.
