My husband and I have been customers of Cricket Wireless for about 4 years now, in their Aurora location. Weve received courteous, prompt and outstanding service. Weve worked with Reggie, Chris and Kristian, each if whom have outstanding product knowledge. Their pricing is amazing and weve never experienced and loss of service/calls. We have no intention of ever switching back to the major carriers.

I like their phones, & their phone service is compatible. I have never had any complaints about using their cell phones. Their phone rates are great, and so are the cost of their phones. They always take nice pics...(one of my favorite reasons to have a cell.) Long time customer

Had the worst experience here. Cricket has been alright with me until i visited this useless place. They have nothing in stock and force you to waste your time to come out all the way to a suburban ghetto.

Poor customer Service and slow, slow, slow, I would though absolutely recomend the store in Oswego at 2733 US Highway 34. They are awesome, Knowledgable caring and fast.
