5/5/17 They quote me $20 for a quick fan cleaning on my laptop, tell me itll be done in an hour and theyll call when its ready. I get home and they call me 30 minutes later saying theyre charging an extra $25 because the bottom had been opened by me. I tell them the warranty is expired already and it doesnt matter, and ask why they need the $25. The kid who they had call me instead of the actual technician repeats the same line 3 times giving me zero useful information. I call Best Buy, they say they can do it in 10 minutes for free. I pickup the laptop and take it to Best Buy, they say no problems with the bottom being opened since the warranty is over. Took about 20 minutes but they took it apart and cleaned out the fan for free. These guys also wanted $75 to replace the fan, Best Buy is $40. Save yourself the money and hassle and go to Geek Squad instead. Will never go back to this place.

Took a week longer than they said they would to fix the screen on a phone since they accidentally ordered the wrong one. Said theyd take $10 off the final price of the repair; they did not, they just rounded to the nearest unit of 10s (Worked out to 7 bucks. $3 is not much, but still - when you say TEN, you should mean TEN, not "kind of" TEN.). Did not properly reinstall the back plate on said phone; found out later after it started coming off of its own accord a day later. Will not recommend or use again.

I would recommend and go back to this place again. I called to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix the charging port on my s5 and he gave me a great deal and reasonable time to fix the phone. As of today this day, the phone is working like new. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Brought in my laptop here on Tuesday January 3rd because it wouldnt power up anymore. Got a call from them on the 4th saying they figured out that it had overheated. Just picked it up now and its good as new. Fair pricing to fix it too $65. Much better than buying a new laptop! thanks you guys.

They charge to much for repaira that might not be needed and take advantage of people who dont know whats wrong with their personal pcs watched them charge over 100 to remove a virus... It was malware from internet browser... A 10 minute fix.

Fixed 2 computers work slow still Have to wait 10 min for web page to work properly and this is after they have check it twice. Would not recommend to anyone on my way to geek squad.
