As an AT&T rep I can not recommend Dr Gadget enough. We specialize in getting you the device but Mo at the Aurora location and E at the Oswego location will fix any single problem about your device. My store is unfortunately not a repair shop so when it comes to something the insurance wont cover or something simple like a screen, charging port, volume buttons or even the hard stuff these guys know exactly what to do and do it in a timely/efficient matter. This store is the real deal and I recommend them to anyone in the naperville, Oswego and Aurora area! Keep up the awesome work guys!

Great customer service. Very professional and skilled workmanship. They fixed my sons cell phone in a couple hours. Their prices are very good when compared to competitors in the area. The store was very clean and neat and located conveniently opposite Meier and other stores so you can finish your grocery while they fix your phone. Mo was very friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend this store for all your repairs and services.

Definitely recommend Dr Gadget, they treat you like family. They are not only friendly, but when it comes to phones and tablets they really know their stuff. My phone was a mess broken screen, LCD screen also broken, and needed new battery. Now my phone is good as new, great prices and they get it done as fast as they can, which is pretty quick. All in all definitely recommend them great place

Went in to Dr Gadget after At&t suggested that my LCD may be the cause of the my phone problems. Though my phone was under warranty And I have insurance I was desperate to keep all the stuff in my current phone. Needless to say Omar saved the day. He fixed my phone and I got it back the next day. I highly recommend them for your broken phone needs.

What a perfect experience. I feel bad I forgot his name but the dude helping me was incredible and got my screen replaced in about an hour. Got a deal to begin with as they were running a special on iPhone 6 screens, but he also hooked me up with a free 30$ tempered glass screen protector. TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH PHONE OR TABLET PROBLEMS!

DR. Gadgets did an amazing job with my wifes Galaxy S6 Phone that she dropped and damaged the LCD Display.
