I went there during my lunch. I was hoping that they would be able to help me with a couple of questions. There was only one employee in the store and she was busy helping a customer. The employee asked someone at the back to help me and told me that someone will be with me soon. 5 minutes later, no one showed or bothered to come out and explain the wait. I asked the girl if there are someone who could help me. She apologized. Said she is trying to hurry, and, then, proceeded to tell me that whoever is back there is on lunch. Really? Wow! So, I am wasting my lunch time just so that I could wait until you. Lunch time is lunch time but customers must come first. Not going back any more.

Thought I was having a great experience at this store when renewing a new JUMP On Demand lease for a new iPhone 7. Unfortunately the store associate who helped me, Jake P., also decided to opt me into premium handset protection/insurance without my consent. It was not indicated on my receipt and weeks later I received a bill for it. Tried cancelling it and it took a tweet to John Legere to get it removed. I have been a loyal customer for years and this experience has me re-evaluating my cell carrier options going forward.

I went in for a new SIM chip because I was updating my phone. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to try and help transferring my WiFi settings to the new phone. I didnt have the time to stay and let them consult with technical support, but they were more then willing to do so. Nice people.

this location is a little bit hard to find. Other than that I was very pleased with the service. I have had tons of issues with my phone but they really go out of their way to make sure all your questions are answered. Very friendly and informative.

T-mobile is a great company but this location sucks! I went in to update my phone and they did a master reset without asking me! I Lost all my calender, aps, text, everything. 2 hours of searching and its not even close to how it was. DONT GO HERE!

By far the best experience Ive had at a cell phone store. Coming from sprint I had a really bad taste in my mouth. But these guys really made me feel welcome and saved me a ton of $$ too! I couldnt be happier with my new T-Mobile service!
