So they I got a new I phone 7 and has major issues from start!l I live an hour away so when I called manager he told me that all phones had 2 week warranty on them, when I went to get phone replaced or fixed they told me sorry we cant do anything go to apple in Austin!! Went to apple they told me 3-5 hour wait and next appointment was 2 weeks out!! So now I have a phone that gets no reception anywhere and cant get it replaced!! Dont waist your time , go to Austin to a better store!!

They said I was going to get a $400 credit to my account if I opened a new business line with them and according to them I wouldnt see that credit until the 3rd month/payment. That was July of 2016. Its now the end of January 2017 and still nothing. Reporting to the BBB.

NEVER had even average customer service from Verizon as cellular carrier or with cable from Xfinity- Now after experiencing ATT wish I hadnt suffered so long - Switched both services, enjoying numerous benefits, and saving money - Cant believe the difference
