Horrible customer service. I left my car with them on a Saturday at 3:30pm and was told it would be ready by 6pm that same day. I left my name and number but never received a phone call to inform me if my car was ready. I came back at 5:30pm that day to find the shop closed early (their hours state open till 6pm). The mechanic was outside waiting for his ride home. He informed me that he thought they had the piece to fix my car (flex pipe) but they did not. He had already cut off the old pipe, which meant that it could not be driven till the piece arrived Monday, and that the car would be ready by 10:30am. I dont understand why they did not check and make sure they had the piece before taking my car apart. I asked him why I did not receive a phone call to inform me of the situation and he stated he did not know I left my number. I had left my number with the manager. As a manager, you are obligated to keep your client informed about theyre vehicle. Instead he decided to close the shop early and leave me in the dark, not knowing what was wrong with my car. I was left without a vehicle the entire weekend because of miscommunication between the mechanic and manager. Monday came around and I never received a call to let me know I could pick up my car. I went over at 3pm to see my car was parked outside ready for pick up. When I went inside and asked why I never received a phone call to inform me of the situation on Saturday, the manager stated "I left at 5pm. I didnt know you needed your car right there and then." which I think is a ridiculous excuse. Regardless of when he thinks I needed my car, he is supposed to let me know that it is not going to be ready at the time that was arranged. He continued with "You brought your car late in the day." Another ridiculous excuse, considering they told me it would be ready and done before 6pm that day. After I told him as a manager it is his responsibility to inform me if any mishaps occur, he stated it was not his responsibility. He is the manager, therefor he is responsible for anything that occurs in his shop. After going back and forth with him saying it is not his responsibility and that apparently I should have made other arrangements for a ride if I didnt have a car (mind you he never even informed me when my car would be ready), I told him I would not be returning for services here again due to the poor management. His response was "My doors will still be open though whether you come back or not. I dont need your business. Whatever." I cant believe he went and disrespected a customer in such a way. Someone like that, with no respect, lack of communication, and poor customer service should not be running a business. Id suggest to go somewhere else for car repairs.

They never answer the phone and had my vehicle for more than a month, and sometimes they are standing with in range of phone they dont care at all
