Purchased a certified used 2009 Sentra Fe+ from dealership in Nov. 2012 with 17000 on the odometer. Since that time it has been returned for repairs to the hood after it was found to have been damaged in a previous accident that dealership denies knowledge of. Initially agreed to pay for half but after no communication from dealership or body shop I complained and the repair was done at dealership cost. Now, 49000 miles on the car and I am replacing the front suspension one part at a time, initially it was the stabilizer links and now the control arms need to be replaced. The driver side window switch also needs to be replaced. In 1 year, with a car that has not yet traveled 50000 miles the car has had or needs repairs in excess of $1200. I have since purchased my own car fax and indeed the Certified Used car I purchased was in an accident in Oct. 2011 that according to car fax, required the car be towed. When I purchased the car the dealership presented it to me as in Excellent Condition. I have spoken with the dealership numerous times and they deny knowledge of the accident, and further state they do not run Car Fax or any history checks on a Certified used car, even though they provide a Car Fax guarantee. The dealership is willing to invest half the cost of repairs which just happens to be the amount any other garage in Elyria would charge to do the repairs. I do not believe the added cost of purchasing a Nissan Certified vehicle buys you anything. Even with the added cost you should still approach the purchase as if this dealership is going to take advantage of you. I have contacted Nissan USA, they also deny the Car Fax report of previous damage and state is is a dealership issue and they cannot help me in any way. I have filed a claim against Abraham Nissan with Nissan USA and I further plan on reporting this incident to the BBB as well as exploring my rights with the State Attorney General and the Ohio BMV. I personally will not consider any Abraham car dealership or Nissan Product in the future and I am sincerely unhappy that I ever came into contact with the company or the dealership.

Incredible! I-90 is now MY dealership. Why? Simple: Keith Cantrell, Patricia Swanson, and Chris Peters! I did a lot of homework before I contacted them, and I knew what I wanted, what my situation was, and what I was willing to pay. I challenged them to match my request. Not only did they do that, but I arrived at 10:30 a.m., said I had to leave in time for a wedding in a few hours, and wanted to drive out in my new car. Equal to the challenge??? You bet they were. Keith went out of his way to provide the car I wanted, to make the buying experience hassle-free, and to show me the ins-and-outs of my new Nissan Versa Note. Patricia worked hard to find me the best rate possible and completed the financing paperwork in record time and in the most pleasant, relaxing way. When all was said and done, Chris came over to congratulate me on my new car and to thank me for choosing the dealership. I was at the wedding with 1/2 hour to spare, having a lovely ride in my beautiful new car. Ive bought lots of cars. This has been the absolute BEST car-buying experience I have ever had -- pressure-free, hassle-free, gimmick-free, attitude-free and actually FUN. And all 10 minutes from my home. How lucky can a person get!

First, let me say it is rare that I ever rank anything with a full 5 stars... We have bought several cars in our lives from all sorts of dealerships. The experience we had at I-90 Nissan was exceptional. We had called ahead to make sure the car we had identified was still on the lot. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by one of the salesmen. When we told him we were looking for Ernie (Carrion), he cheerfully introduced us. Ernie was very professional and upbeat. He quickly got us set up for our test drive. After the test drive he brought us in and we talked price and made an offer. Soon after we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Ted (Sawicki). Ted was also very professional and upbeat. At no time did we feel high pressure. There was some back and forth on the negotiations. We were very upfront about other cars we had appointments to see the rest of the day and they worked hard to come down on price to be competitive. Once we agreed on price, we were out with our new-to-us car within 40 minutes. I will certainly consider the 2 hour drive to I-90 Nissan for our next purchase.

I was just driving from Avon and swung in to see if I could get my oil changed, with no appointment. As soon as I pulled up to the service door an adorable, bubbly girl by the name of Devin greeted me. :) Then she took it from there, immediately got my car in and while I was waiting she took care of a problem in ordering some matching touch up paint that I thought had been ordered the past few times I had been there. Not done yet! She even gave me a follow-up call to let me know it was in. I work at PNC Bank and the number one thing is customer service and I am a hard one to please. I just wanted to commend her on her five-star service and going above and beyond the call of duty for a customer. It is very rare that you see that type of service anymore, wherever you go. I feel she is a great asset to your staff and am actually looking forward to getting my oil changed again ! I do refer your dealership in Scheffield. Every time someone complements me or wants to see my Juke. My husband does the same with his Titan. Thank you for your time, Diane

I made an appointment with the service dept. because my engine light was on. They checked me in, explained how the process would work, and showed me to their sitting area. About 30 minutes later, I was told what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it. I had asked if i accepted their offer, would they be able to do the job there at that moment, seeing I was already waiting. The guy told me yes, and would take no more than an hour. I accepted their offer, and glad that i did. I thought the price was a little high but was willing to pay a little more for guaranteed work. I was really impressed with how fast they handled it all. I had 2 other customers that checked in right before I did at 8:30am. They got estimates the same time I did AND We all walked out the door with our problems fixed one after another. I drove my car off their lot at 9:45am. That whole process took an hour and a half (got there a little early). They even washed my car!!! Thank you Nissan for doing a great job.

INTEGITY!!! I recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to drive away in a vehicle of your choice with the best pricing, outstanding customer service, highly trained professionals, that stand behind their vehicles and treat you with the most respect. I was able to purchase two brand new 2017 vehicles in less than 2 hours, saved $20,000 over what Toyota was offering for the same comparable vehicles, and I was given a third better trade in offer on my Toyota that I was trading in, then the Toyota dealer offered me. I-90 Nissan is honest, forth coming with all the pricing, and made me feel like I am part of a family.
