My expereience with Premier Toyota was extremely frustrating. I have been shopping around for weeks trying to find the best deal on a vehicle as most do when I came acrossed a Ford Focus for 12900 on edmunds that was at Premier Toyota. The dealership offered a chat feature which I used to speak with a sales associate initially and shortly after we spoke by phone. Seems another individual was thinking of purchasing the vehicle and I waited to hear the outcome. A few minutes later the sales associate called me back and told me that the vehicle was still available and I said thanks and that I was contimplating on driving up to see it the next day and got Premier Toyotas hours because it would be a saturday and I live about an hour and a half away. The next morning I continued to think about the vehicle and came to the conclusion in the early afternoon that it would be worth my time to go check it out. I again viewed the vehicle online (on the dealerships site) before I left and it was still advertised on the lot for sale. I decided to text the sales associate that I was heading to the dealership because I figured the associate may be busy and I did not want to interupt. When I arrived at the dealership, after my hour and a half drive, my girlfriend and myself walked around the lot for a little while patiently waiting on the associate I had spoken with. The car that was advertised was no longer on the lot. I figured it must have been sold and I had missed out but when the sales person came out and spoke to me I received an apology because apparently the dealership had decided to ship the car to auction just that morning. The sales person said ,I wish you had called and Im really sorry and I explained I had sent a text. I was then informed ,as the case may be, the dealership or that number does not receive text messages. I was told that I said I would call before arriving and that things like this happen. It was explained to me that the car could have been sold before I arrived and i explained I would have understood that. What I dont understand is this, why was I not told the previous day that the vehicle would be going to auction in the morning?( I was told of the person that was interested in it that day) I would imagine there is someone that knows that information and could relay it to sales people in a meeting , by email or etc. I am not certain why the vehicle was still advertised as for sale the same day online and a couple days thereafter. I see my mistake in not calling, but other than a sorry and informing me that I could pay a deposit if I absolutely wanted the vehicle I had not PHYSICALLY seen and in return they would ship it back to the dealership. I guess so I could drive back up again after being upset and hope it was everything I saw online. I do not fault the sales person in this but neither do I fault myself. My issue is with the fact the small piece of information about the plan for the vehicle to be shipped to auction the next day was information never provided to me. Rather I took a large portion out of my weekend to travel to a dealership for a vehicle that was not there. I sincerely hope that this is addressed and does not happen to another customer. I wont be taking my chances again.

Worst place I have ever been. I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry when I took it for a test drive it sounded like the motor was knocking ( I know I should have left it alone) so I said something to the sales man and I had to set up a appointment to have it checked out. Their "lead mechanic" told me thats what they are supposed to sound like and Im no Certified mechanic but I knew that wasnt right. So I said okay whatever its under warranty so not even a week later the motor blew up. So then they didnt have a choice to replace or did they? I get the car back after about 3 months and go to leave and noticed the service engine light was on so I told there mechanic and ge said oh that will go off so I get loss then a mile down the road and the car starts to spit and sputter. So I took it back and that same mechanic told me he just had the car out and ran fine. So he goes to start it and it wouldnt at first but does get it going just long enough to get it in a parking spot. So then they keep the car and tell me that it needs a new block. So they put me in a loaner and have my car for another 7 months. So they have my car for about a year and not once did they ask me if they can put me in a different car or give me my money or trade in back so I could go some where else or just offer me a better running car. Not only all that but the speakers were blown, when they did the new block the put the hood on wrong and now I have a dent in the center of my hood and when I got it they said they was going to wash it and buff it out because of some scratches but instead of making it look better they burnt the paint. So with all that being said me wife has a car there too so we thought its been a while so we will give them another chance. We go uo there to take a car on a test drive but we could afford the payment so I asked the sales man what price range to stay in. So after looking we found another one we liked and talked to the same guy and he told me to come check it out so I did. I had to wait 20 minutes never got to talk to that guy that just sent out some young kid and he told me that the guy I originally talked to would call me tomorrow with the info of payment. Well shocker he had someone else call me and they told me that they didnt have any info. On top of all that they blow balled my wife really bad on her car, Kelley Blue Book says between 5300-6900 they offered her 4000. So I took it to 2 other dealerships and 1 offered us 5800 and the other 6100. So with that being said I will not be getting my next car from them or recommend anybody to them anymore.

I purchased a 2013 Prius yesterday. It was a wonderful experience, and I credit this entirely to Nanette Peters. A few weeks ago I acknowledged grudgingly that it was time I consider buying a new car, but my past experiences caused this thought to weigh heavy on my willingness meter.... I truly HATE playing games, and as a particularly literal person, find it very difficult to play this kind of game. And, when the outcome of the game is as important as the purchase of a car can be.... my hate is matched by my anxiety. With all this on my mind, knowing I was most interested in a Prius, I did some internet research which forced me to provide my email, which ultimately connected me to Nanette. She very pleasantly contacted me with an offer of assistance. Still suspicious and completely unaware buying a car could actually be fun, I responded to her asking for very specific information about the cost of a Prius, also indicating if this information were not provided I would make no further contact. After my experience with Nanette and this dealership, I feel a little silly! She provided all available information (sticker price, asking price, all details about the car, financing offers available) and then proved to be both competent and charming! Still a bit worried about taking on a monthly payment, my husband and I stalled in our decision making. When another opportunity to reduce our cost further presented itself, Nanette contacted me to let me know, again, in a very professional and courteous way (non-threatening, not pushy, etc.) let us know. Ultimately this deal worked for us but even if it had not, my experience with Nanette tells me that she quite ably fills the role of life long sales person and I could have counted on her kindness and continued assistance finding the right deal and time for my purchase. Since I bought a Prius I probably wont need her services again for a long time, but when I do, I hope she is still around helping angry, grudging, grumpy car shoppers discover the fun that buying a car can be! Go to Premier and ask for Nanette and her financing partner Dave Weaver! What a great team and what a great experience!
