I would rate it for less if I could.once the paperwork was completed I noticed the truck that I just put all my stuff in was not out front.my sales guy told me they were going to wash it.they bring the truck back around front and its still dirty.when I got in the truck I noticed the kick panel was falling off. when I got to the gas station I looked to see why it was falling off. and noticed that a tracking device was installed.so my sales guy lied right to my face! obviously about washing the truck.. they were out back installing a tracking device..the receptionist and people there are very pleasant people. but their customer service after the sale sucks! you get a happy face telling you that youre simply screwed and you need to deal with it. I bought a vehicle that has some issues. they were informed the day I got it home over an hour away.I was assured they would take care of the problems. The truck was towed a few days later.I was then told a week later the truck was fixed.they hit me with a $200 towing bill and a portion of the work performed on the truck.didnt sound like they took care of it sounds like( I ) took care of it.the worst part is I have free towing.I pick up the truck from the mechanic shop whom is closing and the truck is all screwed up and making funny noises and the smell of burning rubber coming from the engine compartment..the only option I had was to go back to the car lot where I SAT half of the day waiting on my truck.me in a couple lot guys tried fixing it until almost 8 that night.I had no choice but to limp the truck home. get the truck home and noticed that there are actual engine pieces missing like brackets nuts and bolts that the mechanic left off.I contacted elvin he said he didnt have time to mess with it but I have time to drive 3 hours round trip to go pick it up.we are talking a 10 inch round bracket a nut in a bolt that would fit in a envelope.and this is just the tip of the iceberg. ultimately I end up spending $2,000 after giving them 2000 down just to bring home a screwed up truck .I contacted elvin the next day and was informed that he was done working on the truck.lol all he did was half ass blower motor install the rest I paid for..just to bring home and tear apart again and fix correctly as much as we could afford..truck has multiple issues like leaking antifreeze from several spots the mechanic knocked off linkage under the dash so now I cant adjust between fresh air and recirculate on hot days.as for the antifreeze leak there were several their idea of fixing the heat is disconnecting it altogether and I was told its Florida you dont need it..lol I bet elvin uses the heat in his truck when its 40 out.tell that to my seven year old daughter as were driving down the road bundled up with jackets and freezing our butts off.this company should be used as a prime example as the old bait andswitch tactic mass by smiling faces in a large dose of bullshit..they hope you just you default on your note so they can use their GPS tracking device to snatch your ride they dont care how many receipts pictures documentation you have for working on their junk.in the guy that he uses for a mechanic that thinks pouring stop leak in your radiator is actually fixing somethin

BOTH POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THE EMPLOYEES. One of them OBVIOULSY PRETENDING TO BE A CUSTOMER. HE wasnt even bright enough to open a new email that doesnt CLEARLY say happy automart. BRILLIANT people ARNT THEY??? OH and i found this on another review page off of yahoo. I COMPLETLY AGREE. Saw all of this going on constantly. "RIP OFF CAR PLACE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I HAD A WARNING AND I BELIEVE IN GIVING PEOPLE A CHANCE. THEY WERE BEGGING ME TO SEND CUSTOMERS AND THE ONES THAT I DID SEND THEY ALREADY RIPPED THEM OFF. THE CAR WAS A PIECE OF CRAP, AS SOON AS I GOT IT A TIRE ROD BROKE THAT THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY ALREADY FIXED. THEN A FEW WEEKS LATER THE AIR WENT OUT. THE CAR WAS A LEMON JUST LIKE ITS OWNERS. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CAR STAYED THE SAME FOR A WHOLE YEAR THE INTEREST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 3.9% IT ENDED UP BEING 50/50 HALF OF EVERY PAYMENT WAS POCKETED. THE CAR WAS $5000 I GAVE 1000 AND A TRADE IN WORTH $1500, WHEN THE CAR WAS PREPOSSESSED I OWED $4700 1 YEAR LATER. I WOULD HAVE NEVER FINISHED PAYING FOR THIS LEMON, I CALLED TO TALK THE JEW MAN OWNER HE WAS ALWAYS TALKING WITH A MOUTH FULL OF FOOD, REPEATING THE WORD "INTEREST" OVER AND OVER. BAD BUSINESS!!! THIS PLACE IS A PIECE OF WORK. THEY ARE RICH FROM BEING CONS... LIZ IS A WRETCHED HISPANIC WHOM WORKS WITH THESE MEN, GETTING OVER WORKED FOR NO PAY CAUSE HER AND HER WHOLE FAMILY ARE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!!! HAPPY AUTO RIP OFFS WONT PAY GOOD WORKING CLASS AMERICAN PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE A BETTER AND PRODUCTIVE COUNTRY FOR US ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY SHOULD BE CALLED "CROOKED AUTO GRAVE". Came here to pick up a car on June 6th. Bought a very nice looking Chrysler 300 that ran well. Enjoying the car. Then suddenly the owner calls me on June 17th saying it is an emergency and I need to bring the car in, but is not very descriptive as to what the problem was. He tells me "dont worry, you arent gonna lose the car or anything". I bring the car in, and apparently this place likes to sell cars without the title in hand. They give me some run -around story about how the title wasnt there and the dealership they bought it from hadnt given them the title, so they had to take the car back. I dont know what kind of dealership arranges a payment plan and legally sells a car to someone without even having the title, even after claiming they had it to me. As the car was paid for with a down payment and making payments, luckily the owner refunded me my down payment, but refused to refund me the $38.00 in gas I had put into the tank the night before bringing it back. Absolutely terrible and dishonest to customers. DO NOT COME HERE. Luckily, I was smart and made a recording and properly documented everything that everyone who sold me the car was involved with and did. It is in the best interest of this company that we both forget about this problem they screwed me over on, and indeed honor the contractual agreement signed when I returned the car unconditionally. On the plus side, Omar the salesmen was very nice and fair, and is a good person. Everything else is sketchy.
