Edit:: Initial check was done when my door latches needed replaced due to a recall...cover over the screw was never replaced so now theres a open hole to the screw behind my door handle. Was told it needed a new clutch and never heard anything from them. Called once a week for weeks with no returned call and finally got ahold of them. They scheduled my clutch job and then canceled one day before saying they didnt have everything for it. Said they would call in a Couple days to schedule it again. Never called. Told them I was almost due for an oil change...and would need that done too. A month later after they cancelled my apt. I Called and scheduled a oil change for 1 on monday and check on my clutch....when I went in they told me it was actually scheduled for 1:45. I left...Ill have the oil changed somewhere else. Oh and its still going to be a few more weeks on my clutch. I know they are on back order....so why wouldnt they just be honest and stop jerking me around and scheduling a fake apt and then cancelling it and avoiding my phone calls. Very disappointed in this dealership. Im going somewhere else that will be honest and not jerk me around.

I dropped my car off, was told my car should be fixed in under a week. Sever calls and several due date pushes later, they finally tell me they cant fix it. Two weeks later, they send it to someone else, telling me the tow wont cost me, try to charge me for the tow, and the new place has it fixed in less than a day. They gave no info to the place they sent it besides the main problem. Now my car is junk because they didnt tell the place they sent my car all the info I gave them. Its probably not a reflection on them as a whole, I was just very unpleased.

Had my car towed to dealership April 2, today is April 19th, I had to get my keys back from them and get it towed out of there to another dealership to get fixed since they never bothered to even look at the car to my knowledge. I feel that they are the MOST unprofessional group of people Ive ever encountered from a dealership in my life and Im in my 40s! I DONT recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. Not even to have air put into your tires!

This references a new car purchase in May 2016. New Lex is a little out of the way for us, but we had worked with Ridenours sales manager when he was a sales person at a different dealership. We trust him, so we thought we would check it out. He set us up with Sabrina as our sales person and I honestly cant say enough good things about our entire experience. I would definitely go back when were in the market for another car.

Ripped my sick elderly mother off. Promised to fix her AC and didnt. When she questioned them and said she wasnt paying until they fixed it, they became threatening and said they would take her to court and take her for everything she has. She is out several thousands of dollars and no AC. We are calling the Attorney General on them as they are predatory.

I got a car and they looked it over and said nothing was wrong and 2 weeks later I had to put 2500 into stuff behind the rims and transmission want completely out. Theyre only In it for the money so dont waste yours there
