Sadly disappointed with the arrangement I received from Flowers by Renee. It looks nothing like the arrangement on the website, where the flowers are nicely distributed around the bouquet. My "deluxe" arrangement arrived squished and with the like flowers clumped together, nothing like the picture. Also it was designed to look nice only on one side, the back was nearly entirely greenery. I had to take out all of the flowers and arrange them myself-- I could have bought a bouquet from the grocery store if I wanted to do that! Also many of the "orange" flowers appear to be more brown than orange. A very disappointing birthday, indeed. ********Edit******* A month after I posted this review I received a call from the owner of Flowers by Renee. They wanted to apologize and say that mistakes do happen but they stand behind their products. They did not offer to do anything to make up for it, but as it was a whole month after the fact it really didnt matter anymore. This is interesting to note as the purchaser of the bouquet emailed the company on the day it was received to tell them of the poor arrangement (he is abroad). They never responded to him. They only responded to me because my review was written on a public forum.

My Mother said this is the nicest flower arrangement she has ever received! Thank you Flowers by Renee! I called to order a special birthday bouquet for my Mothers birthday to be delivered to her in Gilbert Arizona. I wasnt sure what I wanted and just asked for something elegant and left it in their hands. The flower arrangement was delivered right on time and my mother called to say how beautiful the arrangement was and how nicely the flowers were arranged---the best she had ever received! Even my Dad told me he thought they were the nicest she had ever received. Mom commented on how fresh and fragrant the flowers were and even told me how pretty the bow and card were that accompanied the arrangement. A friend had told me about Flowers by Renee and I will definitely use them again! Its nice to have a reliable florist I can be confident in for quality and service and to get it right! Perfect!

Exceptional Quality and Service. I ordered flowers for my sister who lives in AZ. I have had bad experiences ordering flowers in the past because of the outrageous prices and crappy quality. I did a little research this time and found great reviews for Flowers by Renee. On the delivery date, Barb gave me a courtesy call to let me know that some of the flowers in my arrangement hadnt arrived that morning and asked if she could replace them with orange lilies. I really appreciated the notice that my order had changed. The flowers arrived on time and were absolutely gorgeous. A week later, I visited my sister and the flowers were not only alive, but just as pretty as ever...our mom even used the week-old flowers as a table centerpiece for a party she was hosting. I will definitely use Flowers by Renee again, and highly recommend them!

Flower arrangement was tiny for an absurd price, but she charged extra for a delivery and never even told me about it. I had to find it on my credit card. When I asked her about it, she said no one ever had a problem with 15 extra being added onto their arrangement without being notified. She said she would tell her employees to let the customers know next time, even though she knew she was the one who took my order. (She had a nice little attitude) ASK FOR ALL of your total charges when ordering here, otherwise expect to be surprised on your charge card. Funny the total amount she charged me was for the same price of an arrangement she tried to sell me on in the first place.... a little shady. You can get a much better arrangement somewhere else.

If I could give less than a one I would. My husband spent $65 on an "arrangement" for me and it was so incredibly small it was laughable. It seriously was so tiny they should be embarrassed and was mainly full of filler flowers. On top of the tiny, very poor quality flowers (wilted) they were not delivered until 9:00 p.m.! I am a large international event planner and spend hundreds of thousands on floral and decor items every year - this is absolute the worst floral arrangement I have seen. AVOID this florist. I plan to give them a lot of free "advertising" to other event planners in the area.

I live in MO and went to my local florist to order flowers for my Grandmas funeral, who lived in Chandler. My local florist called Flowers by Renee to do the work. When I got to the funeral, the flowers I ordered that were made and delivered by Flowers by Renee were the most beautiful ones there. I was so happy and impressed. What a lovely tribute to my Grandma! We took them back home and all the while I was there, they were beautiful. I would use Flowers by Renee again, and again. Now I know who I can call in Chandler when I need quality and service. They are simply the best.

For my 30th birthday I was sent an arrangement from Flowers By Renee. When I wasnt home to receive it, they called my number and offered to meet my at the restaurant where I was celebrating to give me the gift on my birthday. Im sure the delivery driver had better things to do at 6:00 rather than go out of his way to drive to a second location to ensure that I got my arrangement, but he did. On top of the superior service, it was top notch quality too! I couldnt ask for more.

Went in to get flowers for my wife yesterday the day before mothers day, there was one other person in the store. I was in there for 5 minutes and not a single person said hello, or asked how they could help. I have been here before and service was better. I get prices go up round mothers day, but if I am going to pay 3 times what I would any other time there is no reason not to have some customer service.

I asked them if they could deliver my wifes flowers at certain time and they said yes just to make the sale I guess couse they called me 15 mins before they supposed to deliver them to tell me they werent gonna be able to deliver them on time so I had to go back to the store to pick them up my self and bring them to my wife but at least they gave me a free balloon for my trouble lol NEVER GOING BACK THERE

I had to order multiple sets of flowers during a couple of weeks for a number of funerals. Tough time for our family and friends and Flowers By Renee did an incredible job. Wally and Leslie gave me peace of mind in not having to worry about the style as the designers at FBR are second to none. I never had to worry about the flowers during this time frame. They are my go to florist now.

I have purchased flowers from Flowers by Renee in Chandler many times. I have always received friendly and professional help with a smile! The roses are always fresh and beautiful, and the flower arrangements are exquisite!! I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to purchase great flowers at very reasonable prices - you will be extremely satisfied!!!
