I called asking if they had any black roses as they seemed to be a popular enough idea/concept online when I looked them up. I spoke with Brittany who condescendingly told me that roses dont grow black. I was a little taken aback but I chuckled and clarified if they had any that were dyed black. She responded no and as I tried asking if they carried any sort of dyed flowers at all, she promptly hung up while I was in the middle of talking. Now I cannot speak on the quality of flowers that they carry, nor will I be able to because the quality of the phone conversation was too appalling. I will not be shopping there.

I had Ambrosia Floral deliver flowers to my wife for our anniversary and they were amazing. I told Terri that my wife liked pink and didnt normally like flowers because they die so quickly. She said "no problem" and that she could put together something. I gave her creative license and boy did she deliver. Ambrosia delivered a bouquet of pink lilies (I think - I dont really know flowers) that my wife loved! And they lasted for over three weeks before they finally died. I have never seen flowers last that long. Awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to buy flowers from Ambrosia again. You shouldnt either.

My Hubby order me a flower setup in a Harley Davidson coffee mug so I would have a mug to drink out of an remember my gift from my birthday the first time I put coffee in it it cracked in half and when I left a message for Ambrosia (since they do say satisfaction guaranteed ) I would get a response since my other mugs from other places worked fine and weeks later no response. Next time my Hubby can go to the Harley shop at least the mug will be worth the cost . I feel he overpaid and they should put a label on their mugs saying decoration only DO NOT USE.

Just left the store. With no flowers in hand. Was looking for two different setups for my mother and wife. David budget of around $60. Was Sean $60 pieces each through catalog book. Explain was out of my budget and was looking for something cheaper. Nothing was given as an idea of what could be shipped to them in my price range. Sales is terrible. looking to purchase something you would think someone would want to sell you something in your price range maybe show you a couple different options etc. Guess not... Terrible

Most florists Ive talked to wont do any last minute orders before Mothers Day or the day before a holiday, but they did. I always forget - then panic. They really helped me out.They were very friendly and even though they were in rush mode for Mothers Day, you could hear they were in a great mood and you could tell she was smiling on the other side of the phone. But maybe she was laughing at my stupidity. In any event. Theyre awesome!

Being on the East Coast and needing flowers sent ASAP to a dear friend in the Chandler area. I called before the shop was open, BUT the staff called me back. I was AMAZED. They were very understanding and my order was sent that day. I was later advised by a friend that the flowers were beautiful and arrived that day as promise. Should I ever need a florist in this area again, I would most defiantly use Ambrosia Floral Boutique.

Fridays arrangement for Janet... I always wonder how you do it.. different all the time and just as beautiful, if not better than the previous ones, if that is possible. I got down stairs in plenty of time from our phone call to receive them. Janet passed the delivery lady on the street Friday, almost home to receive them.

Wow!!! I was in a jam. I needed to send some flowers to a co-worker as an apology. Not only were the flowers fresh and beautiful, but from the time I called to the time the co-worker received them. I could have not gotten them there any faster myself. Way to Go Ambrosia, you are great!!
