Do not do it!!! Absolutely the worst financial decision I have ever made in my life. Not to mention the company itself could care less about the customer once you drive off the lot. Its all smoke and mirrors. This company preys on people in unfortunate circumstances and they hide behind the false facade of improving youre credit. I bought a car thats worth $2,500 for $10,000!!! Thats correct!! because I was in a bad situation and I had no other options and at the time I didnt know any better. Now Im stuck with a car thats worth nothing and I have tons of negative equity into it, I cant trade it in because its worthless. Im stuck paying an outrageous payment for a car that I dont want anymore and is worth hardly anything. Then they got wind I wad trying to trade it in so what do they do? Call and offer me to come in and buy another $3,000 car for $10,000. On top of being a complete rip off the customer service is some of the worst Ive ever experienced. They are rude, ignorant, condescending, and they will call you a liar. My payment wad automatically deducted from m t card foe 1.5 years then one day I receive a text saying my starter is disabled, I call they tell me Im lying my payment was never automatically deducted, after 45 minutes of being insulted and talked to like Im a piece of trash I made my payment they charged me an extra $5 for the transaction, couldnt even have the courtesy to reimburse me or waive the fee as it wasnt even my fault. When I bought the car I was told to my face it was a 2 year 24 month loan Im approaching the 2 year mark so I thought it was almost over, turns our its actually 30 months. Please do not give these people your money!! I have never missed a payment and it hasnt even helped my credit much, nothing I couldnt have done myself. There are other options dont let this place take advantage of you! Save or borrow money from somewhere else. The whole package is not worth helping your credit and thats all this place is!! They pretend they help people but in reality all they are trying to do is beat people and prey on people in vulnerable situations to rip you off. This place is a joke and I should have known since day one but unfortunately I was in a bad spot! Even buying the car I should have known, I had an appointment weeks ahead of time for 9 am thinking Id be the first person there and in and out, an actual employee didnt show up to unlock the doors till about 10, then the process took about 7 hours only to walk out $8,000 upside down with a car the speakers didnt even work in or the anti lock brakes! It Id dangerous even driving in the winter without anti lock brakes. They dont care about any of it though!! They helped my credit so they think they are good people and a good company. Plus they offered to upgrade my car and do me another favor by letting me purchase another $2,000 car for $10,000. Gee thanks carhop! You guys are great people! Absolutely the worst financial decision I could have ever made in my life Im begging please dont fall for it! After the first year I go to get my car inspected as my state requires yearly inspections, I spent over $1,400 getting it inspected 1 year after I bought it and I barely drove it I may have put 6,000 miles on it and they already told me I probably wont be able to get it to pass next year the way it sits without major repairs to shocks, frame, all the problems you get when you buy a car thats worth $2,000 and it would be fine if it wasnt for the fact Im paying $10,000 for it. I expected a nice, reliable, comfortable car and got the cr implementation opposite and by the time I even realized the 7 days had passed and I was already locked in. JUST DONT!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! READ THE REAL REVEIWS!! NOT THE FAKE ONES! Nobody on this earth would be happy and give a talk start rating after buying a piece of crap 10 year old car thats worth $2,000 for over $10,000. I pay over 400 a month to drive a piece of junk and for that kind of money I round be driving a Mercedes. Explore your options and dont go here.

buying a car from this place was the worst mistake. i was not given any options of vehicles, i was made to think the car they gave me was my only option (it wasnt) and i was treated poorly. i test drove a car, it seemed ok. however i was iffy about it. but like i said i was made to think it was my only option and i was in a bind. so i bought the car. after leaving the lot, the car started making loud grinding noises, the radio stopped working, and the air conditioning wasnt working. so two days later i decided to return the car. as soon as i told andrew that, his whole customer service demeanor changed. he was rude and not helpful at all. they hand you a paper saying that by returning the car youre basically defaulting on it. and if you ask them questions regarding the paper, all they say is im not qualified to answer anything about this. i had to call my own family lawyer to have them explain it to me, had to call carhop corporate, and the finance company (who was actually incredibly helpful in explaining it). i was there for four hours during this time. and that whole time, not one employee there spoke to me, or even looked in my direction. i finally just got my entire refund back and could not be happier to not have to deal with this place anymore. they make you feel like they can really help you when youre in a tough situation but they dont. the car i finally did buy from another dealership is AMAZING and im paying less a month than i would have been at carhop. basically if you think you have no other options other than carhop, you do! do research, read reviews before you go. these people do not care about customers or their needs at all.

This place is a rip off. Do not go to Carhop in Carnegie. They act all nice in the beginning. Andrew pulls the buyers in and Josh the so call manager act like they are doing you a favor. They sold me a car that had a crack in the back window when I bought it and when I drive 2 blocks down the road the engine light came on. Turned back around to question why the engine light was on. The lights were out and the employees acted like they were not there. That was my first inkling that something was not right. They sold me a car that was Blue Book $3,900 and when it was all done I was financing $10,000. They do not show you how much it cost until you are signing papers at the end. I took the car to a reputable mechanic and he put the car on a tester. He said the sensor on the cam shaft needed replaced, which meant removing the motor to reach the sensor and then paying for the $300 sensor and $1,500 to have the motor removed. The car still doesnt run right. I have had nothing but trouble since I pulled out of the lot. They have crappy vehicles for top dollar money. Dont waste your time and money. It is a scam. I dont know how they can sell broken down cars to the unsuspecting public. The whole time I was paying the car payment I also needed to have it repaired almost monthly. I tried to talk to the manager Josh, but he was pissed that I told him the vehicles are worthless, so he hid in his office and would not talk to me. Please heed this warning. You will be sorry. I didnt want to give they any stars, but it wouldnt let me post this if I didnt give the 1
