I would NEVER buy anything from them again. I got a great deal, but thats it. I bought a 2014 leftover Mustang GT Premium 2/4/2015. It was delivered with "industrial fallout" for which they offered to fix it. I left the car with them on the 24th of Feb. They returned it on the 26th with a great job done getting the corrosion off the "upper panels" but did not properly rinse the car and theyve etched the lower panels of the cars clear coat with an improperly used "industrial fallout" remedy. The "GM" Owner Mr. Hooney denied the damage was done and that I was "too pickey and unreasonable" to which I argued "his tech just wrote up the damage he says does not exist (which I have)" and then he, regardless of the paperwork I HAVE threatened to call the police if I did not leave. But then, recanted and offered to fix it. Great right? well, they did polish up the top surfaces nicely but left the "etching" in the clearcoat visible. I would bet that a compound and polish by a competent shop would remedy the entire thing but Plantation Ford is not competent, they took what should have been an easy fix and made it a nightmare for all involved. On top of it all, my recent call to Ford yielded nothing more than, take it to another dealer and see if they will help you. For me, I will do it, and for another reason, the windshield installed in the OEM delivered car is defective so bad that driving at night is dangerous as you cannot see the highway signs clearly. They said they wrote it up with Ford under warranty at Plantation Ford along with the paint remedy, but Ford disclosed they did not and did it internally and that all problems beyond the windshield are Plantation Ford workmanship problems and not product issues to which I agree. The car itself is great, I love the engine etc, but due to the lack of offer to send a Ford tech out to see the paint, the dealer treatment and the bad wiindshield in a new car, I may not buy another Ford. For me, if you asked, I would say "go to Plantation Ford if you are willing to take what the GM Mr. Hooney offers you, take it or leave it" If youre picky, go elsewhere. For me, next time, I will NEVER buy another car from them, besides I dont think they want me back. I dont eat their garbage with a big enough smile. I want a new looking car with no stripes, a clear windshield and no "industrial fallout", if you have 1 of the 3, you may offend them so badly youll risk being the next Eric Garner, choked, tased or shot or just arrested by cops for insisting the guy you just bought a 40K dollar car from stands behind his product, but hey, Im picky. I left, I refused to return, they sent the service manager to deliver my car to my house later that day, after Mr. Hooney called to advise it was done, "take it or lave it, it off his lot today", I video taped asking him for where my paperwork for the 2nd attempt was, he put his hand up and ran away "Current Affair: style jumped in a car and ran sped away! The whole thing is absurd and for you avoidable! HEED MY WORDS! Im o my way to a neighboring Ford dealership to get a windshield and hopefully the car fixed. Im also going to a detail shop, the best I can find. I bought this car as a dream car for me, Im not rich, Im your "everyman" and just went for it. I am now so regretful I wish I never bought it. Maybe I will just trade it in. UPDATE 3/30/15: FORD is taking the car back! I was right and Mike Hooney is a thug loser. You go to jail Hooney you criminal!

Service Review: Let me start by saying my first experience there was pleasant enough. The woman I dealt with from start to finish was constantly updating me on the status. This service would have been a 4 star, not 5 because of how long it took them to complete. Now for my most recent visit, which I would have given 0 stars: I called the day prior to try and make an appointment. After 2 unsuccessful call, I finally had a person answer the 3rd after I sat on hold for a while. They told me I didnt need an appointment, just bring it in in the morning and it would be a 2.5-3 hour service. I arrived about 7:50 a.m. and was told that everything was in stock and I would have no problems. The gentleman asked when I needed it by, and I told him noon was fine as I would be back at lunch. I was picked up and never heard from Ford during the morning hours. Starting at 11:25 a.m. I started calling over as my ride was ready to go. From that time until about 12:15 p.m. I called 5 times without anyone answering a phone. I called the man who handled the paperwork directly twice with no answer and 3 times to the general line with no answer. The 6th time was a charm and I was informed that no one could tell me the status of my vehicle but the 1 person who handled my paperwork. Who they could not find. Instead of leaving a message I took my only ride available to Ford. After arriving and finding no one at the front I waited for the gentleman at the desk to arrive. He mumbled under his breath something about checking on my truck and tried to make a phone call which no one answered. He informed me he would go check on the status of my vehicle. At slightly later than 12:30 p.m. I was informed that they had never taken my truck to the back, or looked at it in any way. The gentleman at the front told me that was not his fault as he has no control over that. After he told me I could wait the rest of the day and it would get done I decided to take my business elsewhere. This last service (or lack thereof) was totally unacceptable. All I got as I walked out was a lackluster I am sorry. I cant imagine a scenario where I return to this location. I would be happy to pay more elsewhere to be treated like more than a sale. EDIT - Went to Firestone (which was cheaper) and dropped my truck off 2 days later. They called me back within an hour to tell me that my brakes looked to be in great condition, and there was no need for any replacement. This Ford location is the place that told me I needed brakes in the first place. After being assured I wouldnt have to return for 10k-15k miles, I can honestly say this was the perfect ending to the awful experience I had at Ford.

My wife and I wanted to trade down from a large SUV to a smaller vehicle. We stopped at the dealership to only look at what was available and affordable. The sales person that asked us if he could help was Jim Gormly. He didnt pressure us in anyway. He was very polite and helpful with all of our questions. After we came to a conclusion of what we wanted to test drive, Jim brought the car to us and away we went. During the drive he stopped in a parking lot and show us more about the instrumentation. It was the first time in my buying cars that I thought I was with a friend and not a sales person. I cant say enough about that experience. It didnt stop there, Chris Fabossi the sales manager worked with our financials since we were over/under on our SUV to a point where we loved the deal and accomplished what we were after. During those conversations with both Chris and Jim, my wife and I both thought we where sitting with friends and not a business trying to push a product. I can not express how comfortable we were with this purchase. I have to mention that there was other person that came in contact with during this purchase. It was the Accessories and Owner Relations MGR, Nancy Coady. She was so informative with the accessories and services available for the Focus we purchased. She went to great length to register my wife on the MyFord website as a user and explained how to use it at her benefit. Again, I never expected this experience. The total process was GREAT. We would recommend Plantation Ford when ever a conversation comes up about new cars.
