First things first, I like the place since I can find most Turkish grocery items I need and also some other quality food. But when it comes to customer relations, they have a loooooong way to go. Almost all employees automatically assume that youre Russian and start speaking in Russian immediately. Then you have to state youre not Russian and they will continue in English. My latest experience was a total disappointment. On a busy saturday afternoon, you can expect the market to be busier than usual and longer lines at the registers. The express lanes are there for a reason. The two ladies in front of me just emptied a huge cart full of items onto the register belt. It was clearly stated that the lane was an express lane for 15 or less items. I patiently waited until Ms Tanya (who is also the manager to the registers area) completed the transaction and then I asked "this was meant to be an express lane, right?" Her response was worse than the incident itself. "I cannot count everybodys items" Excuse me? Do you have eyes and a judgment ability? You can clearly see those ladies had a cart load of items? Another reckless response: "I dont know I didnt see it" Fine. Instead of saying only 2 words: "Im sorry" the manager of the registers area had just manage to perform the worst customer service experience in the store ever. From now on, Ill only stop by this place if I have to.

Cant say enough. This ia a Russian themed grocery store. Normally people not of the background a themed market would venture in. Not my family, we love it. I dont know a single word on Russian but they are overly courteous and always glad to explain in detail what things are and how to properly prepare/eat certain items. This is a treasure trove of unique fair. I have a culinary degree and am embarrassed to say I never gave any thought or attention to Russian food. Shame on me, but now my kids will learn better. Dont be afraid to try or ask to try. The are very willing to let you sample almost anything. Highlights for me are, deli/prepared foods, bakery and smoked fish. Not that the other areas are lack luster but these are the stand outs. You must try this place out and dont be timid. Buy one item new each time and experience some new and exciting flavors. I am sure glad I did! I will add more photos next trip.

I been coming to this store after previously being a Wegman shopper.....I find this store to be comparable....very curious and informative staff ....very clean ...well stock with all variations of items you want but often cant get....prime example is as a Sicilian I love Rabbit and yes they are well stock with that and countless other items you really crave....prices are excellent and a lot cheaper than Wegmans and Whole Foods....for last 5 months I havent had one bad experience ....oh and please on your visit check out their Bread dept n pastries and cakes..... Omg...very pleased

Over priced, poor quality! Ive given this store too many chances only because I live 1 minute away. Im open to trying new things but the prepared foods are not tasty at all. I feel like they dont pack out their frozen and refrigerated items right away. Everything is freezer burned. Meats smell bad. Packaged cheese is molded. Canned items almost if not already expired. I couldnt even find a piece of candy at the checkout that wasnt expired. Ill fight through the shoprite crowd for 2 items over this place from now on.

Absolutely amazing delicious food, all fresh and very well done, I love fresh cuts, bakery and italian real pasta the most. I forgot shopping anywhere else right after they opened. In my opinoin people who wrote bad reviews most likely are whether jealous or work for competitors. DO NOT TRUST THEM - GO, TRY AND YOU WONT REGRET! Thanks to the owner and all employees for the friendly and quick service, and for opening this store in our neighborhood :)))

I was expecting more from that supermarket. Salads and prepared food are not tasty at all. Meat smelled bad two times out of three i got it there. Potatoes pirogi has unknown staffing inside but no potatoes. Meat pirogi was very spicy and meat inside has no taste of meat. The only products with good quality are fruits and vegetables but not always. Maybe they will improve in the future.

Its an OK place. Modeled mostly like a regular US supermarket, with the Easter European flair. Check expiration dates on everything. If its on sale - assume the expiration date is days away. Make sure to check your receipt, as this place (just like other NetCost locations) are known to overcharge on the items that they weigh at the register.

Nice selection, roomy and well organized store. However, the deli department/pre-made food is horrible. Salty, too much pepper. There is no soul, no love in this food, tastes like commercial garbage. I would shop from another Russian store not far away who has much less room and selection but they cook home made food.

The food is international and imported. It tastes better than food in normal supermarkets. Numerous customers I have talked to of foreign origins have complimented the place for having great food and much better food than in the average American grocery store.

Interesting place to go in and Shop a lot of the products are Russian and Eastern European interesting to see the things that I purchased was good just a little Bland I guess you have to add your own spices to it otherwise nice place to shop

East European supermarket with emphasis on cuisine of post USSR space. Foodwise, you can find anything and everything here. Nice selection of wine, beer and vodkas is also integral part of this establishment.

Awesome beyond my expectations! And theres a latte bar and a several different buffet tables. The fresh produce section was very good. To my amazement they carry both raw sauerkraut and Kombucha. Enough said.

Good choice of verious deli food, prepared food. Vegetables and fruit are NOT always fresh, so stop at farmer market instead. Long lines at the registers mainly due to inexperienced staff.

With the store just opened, many products are not fresh. I got cottage cheese that was expired. Yesterday bought smoked fish - had to throw it. The should really pay attention to quality.

Large selection of Eastern Europe including Russian and Turkish products. Some of the products only have Russian writings on them, if you are curious about whats in them.
