My daughter ordered a stackable washer/dryer. She worked with Rob Unger on my recommendation. They were told a date and time for the delivery…..the truck never showed up, They were then given a second date/time…and my daughter had to leave work early to accept the delivery…..the truck never showed up at the original time; she was told another time later on in the day and it never show up again. She tried calling Rob Unger 4-5 times during the week, and on Friday, and he never returned her call. And he didnt return her call on Saturday either. I called Rob Unger this morning, and again this afternoon…he has not returned my call. Customer service is of the utmost importance and apparently Rob, as a representative of Leiberts, is not aware of this attribute. I will never recommend Leiberts to anyone.

What an extremely pleasant experience I had with my recent purchases of appliances from Leiberts Royal Green. I had somewhat of an idea; however, their sales staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. My experience was very positive and I will surely purchase any future appliances as well from here. Every employee from this store was very courteous and helpful in all aspects of my purchase; even when I had an issue with my dishwasher. From the sales staff, to customer service, to bookkeeping, to delivery...I was very much impressed. Even the installer they referred was wonderful. Also, you always speak to a live person. Needless to say, I highly recommend Leiberts Royal Green not only to my family and friends, but anyone needing to purchase new appliances.

I having a great deal of problems for damaged washer/dryer deliver. It has been over one month and I still do not have my washer/dryer in working order. Leiberts loves to pass the buck. Only after I spoke to the manager did I get begin to get my issues addressed. My new washer/dryer still not working. My induction cooktop was installed less a month ago. The cooktop remains supper hot after it has been turned off. I spoke to service department and received email stating I was told to wait for it to cool off. Yet the subzero website states "The cooktop doesnt heat up, the cookware does". My bring hand is not a cooktop!!!

I have had 2 experiences at this appliance store, both were pleasant to say the least. The staff is very knowledgeable, and understanding. My first trip to their store was when I was shopping for appliances for a new kitchen (Dishwasher, fridge, Stove, micro, and vent hood. Bottom line, best service, and best PRICE! These two usually do not go hand and hand, but there are exceptions to the rule I guess. The second trip was to "look" no buy an outdoor grill. 1 hr later, we were the proud owner of a Weber Grill, once again.. at a great price and incredible service. Thanks Guys. We will be back! Bought a Bosh Dishwasher 2 months ago which has not worked correctly since it was installed. It was not installed correctly but store ignored repeated complaints for 2 months. Personnell at store are rude and unprofessional. Store manager did not return any phone calls and owners are said to be unavailable to cusomer complaints as per staff. Three service calls later dishwasher still does not work correctly and store personnell have no desire to ensure customer satisfaction despite the warrenty. Will never buy in store again and will be sure to alert surrounding community.

My buildings super recommended the store and Im glad he did. We needed to get a quiet air conditioner and the stuff at The Home Depot is mainly targeting price as the main deciding factor. We have GE air conditioner (8,100 BTUs) from there and it works, but its loud. The sales rep took the time to explain what makes one air conditioner quieter than others and why cost more. (The compressor is located toward the rear, further away from the window.) Price was competitive and the Friedrich is super quiet. A very pleasant experience with a long-time local merchant.

Watch out for the extended warranty trap from Leiberts Royal Green. Bought a Leibherr Fridge and purchased an extended warranty to get some extra protection. What Royal failed to note was the extended warranty runs less time than the original manufacturers warranty and covered nothing extra. So when the orig warranty expires, the extended warranty has already expired. Contacted Royal and they offered such an insulting offer ($39) to settle this that I felt others should know to avoid them and their extended warranty trap.

His broad knowledge, directness, caring and willingness to share his own experience are truly unique. I have used Leiberts Royal Green Appliances for many years. I always go back to them because they provide good prices and excellent customer service. It is easy to schedule delivery and they show up as scheduled. They provide that extra special service that you just dont get in the big chain stores. They have a good selection and will go out of their way to get you the item that you want.

I walk into leiberts royal green in chaos and frantic. Didnt know anything about appliances and had no clue where to begin. After working with Steve I was relieved. Such a great experience and pleasant. I will not shop anywhere else again. The store has a great staff and layout of appliances, also their pricing was better then the competition. Thanks for a great experience.

We were looking for new kitchen appliances and stopped into the White Plains store. Leiberts has so many lines on display which is really great when you want to compare them. Service does not live up to the prices. I bought an entire kitchen from Liebert, very high end equipment. Now they wont take care of minor defects--I have to deal with the distributor and the manufacturer, which is extremely painful. At these prices, Liebert should give better service.

I give them 5 starts because walking in the Store is like walking into your house you feel welcomed and everyone is so nice and kind and helpful and when I got my appliances the delivery team was so great I never see men worked so hard in my life it was just a great experience overall

Updating my previous review. I have been a customer of Leibert Brothers for over 20 years. I had some issues with an air-conditioner I had purchased 4 years ago (under a service contract), and they have now corrected the situation to my satisfaction.

Stay aways from Electolux appliances such as washers and dryers. Purchased in May 2012 from Leiberts and it has to be replaced. Poorly made and poor customer service for the warranty. Leiberts recommends this brand, I dont know why, its terrible.
