I called the store at 9:27 this morning to inquire about an advertised sale I received by email on alkaline water. The representative that answered the phone at the Livonia location was not friendly and did not answer my question, and appeared somewhat condescending. When I asked to speak with another representative, he told me how long he had been there, and there was no else I could speak with. I responded, thank you, I will reach out to another location. I know that everyone may have a bad moment, but you should not take it out on a customer. I hope that his day gets better, but I dont think Im going to shop at this location anymore

Nice location and friendly staff reasonable prices we go to this location just because of the convenience of how close it is! But they sell great products and have low prices or deals on items you cant touch or beat at other stores!

It has a lot of stuff, not as much protein products as I would like. And there was a problem ringing up our purchase (stupid barcodes). But the workers were so nice, polite and helpful. I definitely plan on going back.
