I was with my son and stopped into this store today that I was once very fond of. I have purchased things from this store throughout the years. This was a family owned store and I havent seen the father who opened it the last few times I came there. I have always purchased oils and a few other products from this store. The man who is a son of the owner came out,never greeted us,never asked if he could help us. Seemed to be struggling with coming to the front to begin with. I asked him if he had the essential oils guide book so as I could purchase the correct oils and he said he must have sold it. There are tester bottles and I opened several to see if they were the correct one. Asked my son to try it . He placed a drop on his hand and rubbed it on his leg. My son is almost twenty. My son and I laugh a lot and we were the only customers in the store..which should have told me a lot because it is this way every time I go in,however he seemed disgruntled by us being there. I brought my PURCHASE to the front and he was not even respectable to look up. I said to him that I was sorry if we imterupted his day. He proceeded to tell me that he had to smell that all day. I said in reply may he should not carry essential oils if that be the case. He then proceeded to tell e that " everyone doesnt run around the store chasing each other with them" I was not only offended but appauld at this mans behavior. I said, "excuse me but we tried a drop of oil from testers you placed as an encouragement to try them and no one was running in your store". He kept on and I toldmhimmhenwss very rude and on that side of the counter that should never happen. He proceed to tell me it was his store and he could do what he wanted and I was the rude one. I asked for my money back from the purchases and he pointed to the door and told me to leave. My son was already at the door. If the man had looked up to offer help he would see that we never left the front of the oil rack. But all irrelevant. You are in a business selling a product that you dont like to smell. Being rude,and have attitude with paying customers. They are the reason you have a business. I would not treat another human being like this nor would I ever treat a customer. I have been serving people for almost thirty years and it doesnt matter if you have a bad day,it matters how you make others feel,even when you are having a bad day. If you cant handle yourself appropriately,then as a business person you should know when and how..even who should handle it for you. At anytime he could have offered to help,at anytime he could have asked me not to open a tester..heck..why not just NOT have a tester out..oh because the product would never sell without one..hmm. Shame on him for disregard for what his father built,and shame on him as a human being for behaving so haughty to another. My thought is this :If you have customers that have allergies you should be the sensitive one sit and not sell things that will bother them. But dont blame a customer for sampling a bottle in a tester before they purchase it. He lost a longtime customer for that behavior,disgraced yourself and your business,and your father who built that business.

Very poor service. The man at the register (one of the owners) walked in from the back without greeting and stumbled around as if he didnt really enjoy his job. He came off very rude and disrespectful. Whenever given a question he threw back a quick response as if he didnt want to be there. During the time as we went to pay he made many comments and complaints about the smell that came from the "tester" bottles that were meant for people to try and was very passive aggressive about it. He then kicked me out of the store for simply trying three "try me" samples and later accused me for "throwing them around" as if I were pouring them out. He rudely stated that he didnt need my business because he could make money without my business and pointed to the exit. I have never witnessed such disrespect from an employee in any business. It was a very uncomfortable experience. If you dont want people to try the bottles dont leave testers for customers to try. I did not "throw them around" I simply dabbed the scent on myself. Why be a garbage man if you hate the smell of garbage? Why sell candles if you hate the smell of certain candles? Same concept. Other than that previous visits were very nice experiences. Both great and friendly service that really respect and cared for customers. I did not receive the same care and service this visit.

This family owned business is a wealth of information for a healthy lifestyle and troubleshooting illnesses. I first walked into the store in Snellville, when it was called The Herb Shop. Their recommendation helped my daughter who had just given birth pass a kidney stone in very little time and very little discomfort. I was hooked. That was 11 years ago. Even though I have moved a long way away from them now, I still trust them so much with my health that I still call them and use their recommendations and products. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for this family and their dedication to a healthy lifestyle.

I used to purchase alkaline water and vitamins from this location. A father and his two sons run the store. While it is a pleasure to shop when the father and/or one son is there, the other son is brutally dry and rude. I would like to leave a better review, but customer service goes a very long way in my book. Without it, you dont have a good store. Do better, Wellness Tree.

Ive been going to local health food stores for years and have never had much success in finding the right advice or results Ive been looking for. This store is family owned and are extremely pleasant to talk to! I am looking forward to an improved health! They are very knowledgable and enjoy helping people. Not to mention, theyre prices are great!
