I spent quite a while looking at cars until I settled on Auto Kingdom, and I got the perfect car for the perfect price! Before I dive into my direct contact with Auto Kingdom, I want you to know that I spent a great amount of time on their website and viewing all vehicles of my liking. Why? BECAUSE THEY OFFER A FREE CARFAX REPORT ON ALL THEIR VEHICLES! They have NOTHING TO HIDE and charge you $0.00 on these reports. If you are unfamiliar with Carfax, they charge you $39.99 on one vehicle history report; ONE! But you get unlimited access to all the vehicles reports because Auto Kingdom provides them for FREE! They only do honest business and you will (and should) already know what youre getting into before you even contact them. Ive dealt with plenty of auto-salesmen (a different dealership earlier in the week sold a vehicle I was pre-approved for on the same day I was supposed to go in to see the vehicle) and Mark and Darrell were both fantastic salesmen. They didnt pressure me one bit in the process of getting my vehicle. They were polite and made suggestions and offered to show me similar vehicles around the same price if Id like, but I already had my mind set on one; my Camry. They didnt waste any time. They and I knew what I was there for and I test drove the vehicle right away. After I was finished, I came back to speak with Mark and he was very professional and efficient with faxing the purchase agreement to my bank in only a few minutes. After getting my purchase agreement faxed, I had to go back to my bank to finalize some documents on that end. I returned to AK within a couple of hours and Mark and Darrell had the vehicle already prepared and ready to go while I was gone. I quickly signed the paperwork, paid for the vehicle and left soon after in my new car! If I had to cut out the portion of having to travel between Auto Kingdom and the time I spent at my bank, I spent less than 45 minutes with Auto Kingdom that day. All in all, they were a very great dealership to work with. I will definitely recommend their services to my family members. I have a few people who are looking for a new car and Auto Kingdom may see more business coming their way!

Yesterday I purchased a Chevy Cruze from Auto Kingdom and I cannot help but brag on what an amazing experience it was! I walked into the office and was greeted by Mark the sales manger who immediately put me at ease telling me the customer comes first and foremost and I could see that Mark was telling the truth. When you walk into a regular dealership if you sit down with a salesperson you begin to feel pressured if you tell the salesperson you are just interested in looking. With Mark there was no pressure to buy at anytime, he didnt make me feel guilty for wanting to go through the numbers and see what kind of financing I would qualify for and what my monthly payments would be like I have experienced at every other big conglomerate dealership Ive visited looking to test drive a car. Mark started my Cruze and pulled it and went out a scraped off the windows for me and told meto take the Cruze for a test drive which I did and loved it. Upon returning to the office Mark invited me into his office and we talked about payments on the Cruze. I cannot stress this enough at no time was there any high pressure sales tactics used like at the big dealerships. I didnt feel like a number or the next commission sitting in Marks office. And price wise the Cruze was marked well below typical dealerships. Mark was patient, kind and willing to answer any an all of my questions and walked me through the entire sales process like a friend would, not a salesperson trying to earn a commission. Mark took an actual interest in who I was as person asking questions about my life and was genuinely interested in the answers. The process was absolutely amazing and I wouldand have already recommended Auto Kingdom in Blaine to my family and friends. Give them a call or walk in next time you are looking for a new or used car or truck and I promise you will be amazed at Mark and his crews knowledge, their willingness to help you find not just a car or truck or SUV but the right vehicle for you, their genuine kindness and interest in you and what vehicle you are looking for. We have been looking for an SUV for two years now. Last year we went to a dealer that told us that our payments on an SUV would be higher simple because its an SUV and quoted us at 400 dollars a month. Needless to say, we walked right out of that dealer. That same dealer kept calling us for a while to see if we were ready to buy yet. They finally gave up and we gave up on trying as well. Then we found the SUV we wanted at this Auto Kingdom. I called and talked with Mark and let him know that I didnt want to waste my time coming down to blaine unless he knew he could help us get the SUV we wanted. He told me to go online and fill out the pre-qualifing application and he would see if he could help us. He called us a few more times, the last time he told us he could help us and gave us the info we needed to bring with. We went down to test drive the SUV and ended up driving away in it within an hour. Our time spent with Mark was more like a friend setting. Talking about the joys of our kids and all. He made this purchase easy and stress-free. Thank you Mark for getting us into an SUV!!!! WE ALL LOVE IT!!!

Last month I purchased my very first car (a 2014 chevy cruze) from here. I decided to wait 30 days before writing the review, mainly because few reviews seem to be written about what happens once you take the car home. The buying process was a breeze, although Im fairly young, I was treated with respect and patience. All of my questions were answered, no matter how nitpicky I was. In the end, I was able to take the car home the same day. Fast forward two weeks when the cars check engine light came on. I called auto kingdom to ask about options. I was told to go to one of their 8 auto repair shops around the area to check it out. I was able to get my car in the same day, within an hour the problem was identified, and in another hour the problem was solved. It was a very efficient no questions asked process. Its hard to find a dealer that is ethical, but I think auto kingdom is exactly that. You can have a peace of mind that they stand by their cars, and youre not going to get screwed over by the fine print! I will definitely be coming back next time my family makes a car purchase!

My wife and I recently purchased a Durango from Auto Kingdom. It wasnt a car they had on their lot. Tony and the Sales team took the time to narrow down what it was that my wife and I were looking for in this Durango. It was a Fantastic Customer experience from start to finish. Ive been to dealerships where the sales team is very pushy and ultimately other places just want to sell you a car. Not Auto Kingdom, they wanted to sell us The car we were looking for. We were in no rush, So Tony and the Sales team went to work. They found the perfect match. I couldnt be a happier customer. This was the best dealership Ive ever worked with.
