My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday afternoon to look at cars. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and people were looking at us as we were getting judge on how young we looked. We had an appointment with the sales manager at 4, so we were helped by another sales rep. As the sales rep. Was helping us he asked a few questions on cars and about money. After he did the series of questions he said "this shouldnt be a problem youll get to leave with a car today!" I know I never sold cars before, but I use to work in some type of sales. I think as a sales rep. Especially for cars that shouldnt be said. The sales rep. Went back to the sales manager to give him the series of question he asked and came back to us to tell us to go look at cars because his sales manager got us approved and we just have to pick a car... and again as a sales rep. YOU SHOULD NOT SAY THAT. You have customers thinking "hey Im getting a car today" and its kind of misleading!!!!!! I also think the sales rep. Was new too because he kind of said the same things over and over again... which I didnt like I wish we got someone who was more experienced. After, we found a car we waited for a bank to approve us. And I know it was a Saturday so we had to wait little longer and the sales rep. Came and grabbed us to say that they would call us Monday about the car which was fine because its Saturday at 5pm no bank is really opened. The sales rep. Wrote down on a sticky note my boyfriends phone number and his name to say to call my boyfriend first thing in the morning on Monday. Finally, when Monday came in my boyfriend waited for a phone call alllllllllll day and no one bothered to call him. At about 1pm my boyfriend called the dealership and was wondering about the status on the car which they said "oh well call you back were just working on it now." It was about 5pm my boyfriend called again and said that the sales rep. And sales manager was busy at the moment to call back later. At 6pm my boyfriend called again third time and the sales rep. Finally answered and said that hes been trying to call us all day and texted us. We have gotten absolutely nothing the whole day and we tired to contact you guys... which I thought was very inconvenient and felt like they didnt care and want our business. Overall, I was very disappointed in the place on how they handled it and how this went about. Dont think Ill came back to this dealership! And all the times I been with my parents to look and buy cars never ever had this experience before!

Ill preface this by saying that I took my wifes vehicle in for an oil change with my two-year-old son. If youre by yourself and dont care how long you wait in the waiting room, you probably can disregard this review. Their lounge has WiFi and some desk/lounge chair things. They offer coffee and water. When my wife booked the oil change she was told the wait time would be an hour to an hour and a half. I thought that was a bit excessive for an oil change, but we have a leased vehicle and the Kia dealership closer to our home in Hopkins was booked thru the start of December so I really had little choice since I didnt want to drive 40 minutes to Lakeville. Long story short, the guy I dealt with in the service bay was friendly. They were fairly busy as after checking in I found a service lounge with about six other customers waiting for their vehicles. As my child sat contently watching Netflix for an entire hour, each of the previously waiting customers vehicles were finished. After Thomas the Train movie ended my son decided he didnt want to sit around anymore and started to fuss. One of the things I did to calm him down was pick him up and carry him around the showroom. When we got to the windows I noticed my wifes vehicle parked outside. At that point, an hour in (1204 on their thermostat clock) I packed up our stuff and we waited for someone to come tell us it was done as they had with each of their other customers. Twenty minutes passed and much kicking and screaming (my son, not me) later (1225) I had to ask an associate who was standing in the showroom watching me struggle with my son if the car was done. He checked and of course it was. I dont know if they just forgot to come get us or what, but 1. an oil change shouldnt take an hour EVER much less and hour and a half. If its going to, Ill schedule it for a less busy time or go somewhere else. 2. Dont park finished vehicles in plain sight of your customers and then leave them sitting in your waiting area for who knows how long. Ill be careful to schedule ahead of time next time so I dont have to go back here.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE LIARS WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU. IVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCES FROM HERE. FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS THE FACT THAT THEY AND I HAD LOOKED AT A DIFFERENT OPTIMA WHICH I HAD AGREED TO BUY AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP WITH MY DOWN PAYMENT. THE NEXT DAY I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY HAD SOLD IT, WHICH IS ODD AS THEY KNEW I WAS COMING WITH MY DOWN PAYMENT. THE NEXT EXPERIENCE WAS THE FACT THAT MY GIRLFRIEND AND I WERE PRETTY CALLED LIARS AND LAUGHED AT BY 4 HIGH PEOPLE, WHO INCLUDE DAN DINGMANN (GENERAL SALES MANAGER), BRAD KNUTSON (GENERAL MANAGER), ALEX (SERVICE MANAGER), AND CHAD IN FINANCIAL. WE WENT IN TO TELL THEM ABOUT SOME ISSUES, WHICH THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT. I WAS TOLD BY BRAD KNUTSON, MY CAR WOULD BE DETAILED, THE MIRROR WOULD BE FIXED, THE UNDERBODY WOULD BE RUST PROOFED, AND THAT THE WIPER BLADES WOULD BE REPLACED. I ASKED HIM TO WRITE IT DOWN FOR PROOF IN CASE I NEEDED IT AND HE REPLIED WITH "NO, MY WORD IS GOOD ENOUGH." I REPLIED WITH NO IT ISNT CAUSE YOU NEED TO WRITE IT DOWN FOR ME AND THEN I WILL TRUST YOU. I GO TO PICK UP MY CAR THE NEXT DAY AND NOTICE A FRESH SCUFF MARK ON MY FRONT RIGHT BUMPER, AND NOTICED THAT MY CAR HADNT BEEN DETAILED LIKE PROMISED. THE DRIED THROW UP WAS STILL IN THE ARMREST, AND THAT THE SEATS HADNT BEEN CLEANED. MY GIRLFRIEND AND I GO TO START UP THE CAR AND MY A/C IS BLASTING AND THEN WE TURN ON THE SEAT COOLERS AND THEA/C AND SEAT COOLERS ARE NOT WORKING. I CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP ME ANYMORE AND TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10 STARS. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Bought used 2005 Kia Sorento EX. All was fine for approximately a month after purchase. THEN THE NIGHTMARE STARTED! Summer arrives, turn on a/c and none. Needed new a/c pump. $850.00! Next I get tires replaced and tech. from tire shop says "YOU NEED TO SEE THIS SIR" THE TOTAL UNDERCARRIAGE IS RUSTED-OUT SO BAD BUMPER, RADIATOR SUPPORTS, ETC COMPLETELY RUSTED THRU!! I MEAN PARTS LITERALLY READY TO JUST DROP OFF!! Next on freeway two months later, fuel-pump went, Replaced, $350.00! 3 MONTHS LATER vehicle developed SEVERE/CHRONIC hesitation, rough-idle. HAD CRANK-SHAFT POSITION SENSOR REPLACED. $1800.00 dollars!! Vehicle still knocks, runs like crap!! I counted on this vehicle to get me to and from work! Im NOT a wealthy person! I was told and treated like, "we got a good solid used vehicle for you David" I drove it and seemed fine (It was dead of Minnesota winter) THIS VEHICLE WAS EITHER IN A COMPLETE FLOOD OR SAT IN SALT-WATER HALF-WAY UP THE VEHICLE. Mechanic confirmed this by showing me a water-line left in headlights, and pointed out SEVERE RUST AND CORROSION IN PLACES WHERE IT COULD ONLY CORRODE IF PARTIALLY SUBMERGED! NOT EVEN FOR NORMAL ROAD-RUST, HERE IN MINNESOTA!! Im now stuck with a vehicle I still owe $5,000 on its basicly junk!! I WOULD NOT BY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANY LUTHER DEALERSHIP IF SOMEONE PAID ME TO!! After complaining to dealership, "Of course the had the common response, "well you did buy a used vehicle" Whatta bunch of asses! If this is how Luther treats customers (Yes even those that buy used) I and all I know will not be doing business with a Luther dealership EVER again!!!
