DO NOT Buy a car from these people. My experience was absolutely terrible. EDIT: IN RESPONSE TO THE DEALERS POSTING REGARDING MY REVIEW: This is NOT a false review. This dealer continues to lie to cover for their EXTREMELY POOR customer service. They WERE informed about the check engine light, both before and after the brakes went out. They DID NOT offer us fair market value (we did sell the car, after making additional repairs out of pocket, at $3,000 more than what they offered us). The brakes went out EXACTLY 10 days after we bought it from them. The dealer specifically said to me, when I expressed my stress about the repairs: "I honestly dont know why anyone would buy a Toyota. Im a (insert other make here) man myself". This is a HORRIBLE dealership, as evidenced by the other one-star reviews. Maybe they should spend some time working on their cars before selling them, or taking a class on human decency, instead of responding to Google reviews with more lies. Dont buy from Goldan Motors. Unless you want to lose money and gain stress. I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys. I was slightly hesitant, as the car was just a bit higher priced than I was hoping to spend. The salesman assured me that the make and model of vehicle that I was purchasing was a great car, saying that hes never heard of anyone with problems with this car and it would surely sell fast. He went on to say that numerous items had just been replaced: water pump, brakes, timing belt, etc. I was already a fan of this particular model, as I had driven them in the past. With the assurance of the new parts, it seemed like a reasonable option. As this would be a secondary vehicle for my household, we did not drive it much over the following week, maybe 20 miles. Then the brakes went out. The brakes that had supposedly just been replaced! It was completely unsafe to drive. We called the dealership and they sent us to a local mechanic who fixed the brakes over the next three days. In some modicum of decency, Goldan covered the cost of the repairs. A few days later, the check engine light returned. I called the dealership and expressed how upset I was. I told them I was planning to sell the car after all this stress and offered them the opportunity to purchase it back at $1,000 less than what I payed for it. The salesman also told me that it was really my problem for choosing to purchase this make of vehicle, as it was undependable. This is the same guy who told me two weeks prior that it was one of the best makes and nobody has problems with it. He told me he would talk to the owner and get back to me the next day. Needless to say, he never called back. It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. Save yourself the lies and trouble and go somewhere else. Dont risk getting a lemon from Goldan Motors. Theres a great Honda dealership right down the road...

If I could give them a negative star, I would. If youre considering buying a car from them, dont. It was a horrible experience and I feel completely taken advantage of. The sales man, Todd Kapp was totally unprofessional and doesnt know much about cars and when I did have a problem (the first time) he said he needed to google it to figure it out and that he always just googles it because he doesnt know. On top of that, he made TWO advances at me and asked to take me out on dates, through text messages. and on top of all of this, within 24 hours of me leaving with the vehicle that I purchased the check engine light and another light came on, I quickly told Todd and he agreed to have their shop look at it, which took three days, and then once it was returned the engine light came back on again within another day of me having it, so i contacted the manager/co owner at this point because I was uncomfortable with Todd, and asked them to take a look at my car. Upon doing this they agreed to look at it and I told them I needed it done by the next day for a family gathering because Ive already been inconvenienced by this enough, then was told that they were "doing me a favor" by looking at my car that shouldnt of had problems with it to begin with. I proceeded to drive 40 minutes out of my way to have them look at it, to be told by the manager that they wont do it. Which by the way is a breach of the Lemon Law. So not only will this complaint be written but others as well, but to the BBB and the Attorney generals office because I dont want nay one else having to deal with this and being taken advantage like that. So my advice, RUN and spend your money somewhere else rather than at a place that clearly doesnt care about their customer service.

Buy somewhere else. Its been half a year since I bought my vehicle and I know that I overpayed. There are a few reasons for this: 1. Coolant system had been neglected. For some reason, Goldan Motors did not give it a flush. Instead, after i flushed it, i found out that my radiotor was bad and had to replace that. 2. Minor, but one of the headlights was not wired correctly and would work sometimes and other times it wouldnt. Had to rewire this myself. 3. Claimed that the oil had been changed but they had forgotten to put a new sticker on the windshield. Took it to a trusted dealer and they said the oil needed changing. 4. Realized a sputtering of the engine soon after buying it. There was a hose disconnected in the engine. 5. Car ran well in the beginning. Then the check engine light came on and the engine started running rough. Changed the plugs and the car runs great, but the mechanical suggested an internal engine problem. Now the problems are back. 6. Almost tried to sell me a power lock that didnt work and a frayed seatbelt, and pretended not to notice before then. Had those fixed before purchase. 7. When I asked about some uneven rust on the braking surface of the right rear wheel, i was told that it was from the car not being driven much and should go away. Turns out the brake isnt alligned right and has been getting worse. This was my first car and i made a hasty decision. The staff seemed friendly but they just want your money. They seem to not address problems or try to cover them up. I dont know too much about cars, so they got me to buy it.

They are very nice guys and willing to work with you. However, in a nutshell, Im not convinced that they really know the condition of the cars they sell. I recommend taking the car to a 3rd party mechanic to look it over. They mentioned new break pads were put on, only to find out after I bought the car that they were really bad. 30% left or under. Replaced all of them. A few weeks later the alternator went out and was replaced. They were unsure when the last oil change was done and one wasnt complimentary after purchase. I brought it elsewhere. Overall, its a hit or a miss. I personally think you can do better but thats just my honest review. They are relatively new and are probably still figuring things out. I wish you better luck with them!
