Sweet Chocolate

This place is horrible , apparently there is no such thing as an appointment, it just means that if you were provided a time 2 bring your car in the next available technician will get to you; which means it could be hours. All I wanted was a remote to be reprogrammed, had an appt and still was advised that they wouldnt get to my car for a couple of hours. And to top it off, there customer service is horrible, really horrible. However I was able to find a locksmith who happend to program my car remote within 30 min and they had a realmy good family atmosphere, Fresno Mobile key programmed my key in a short period and I was on my way. Chevy Michael Automotive, your losing customers, bad for business.

Just purchased a 2016 Escalade ESV. I worked with Gary Turgeon who was absolutely professional, got a great truck for a great price. Milt Casey delivered the truck to me and explained everything on it and there are a lot of new options. He did an excellent job and I would recommend Michael Automotive and Milt to any one who is looking for great service and a great price. I drove up from San Diego to trade in my old Escalade and get this on. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Michael, driving up from San Diego each time.

My car was 10 days out of warranty the dash had cracked Michael said it was due to the air bag. Knowing what caused the problem they still made we pay $300.00 they helped with 70% of the the bill. Car was never hit or any accident. I will never have any business with Michael or Gm

We are very disappointed with Michael Automotives service department. Our daughters car has more problems since we took it there. But most of all how very rude and unprofessional they are. $1200 later. Same light on with additional light and an oil leak.
