I had my 2008 F-150 serviced here. The problem was in the transmission and the recommended fix was a new transmission. This was no surprise to me since Im very well-versed in the mechanics of vehicles and had already determined that myself. I just needed an approved shop to do the work in order for my warranty to cover the expense. Monarch did not disappoint. I didnt lead on that I already knew what was wrong, I just let them do their thing. They did not try to lead me on at all. They communicated clearly and didnt hide any details. Any time the ball was in their court during the warranty process, they worked very quickly; much faster than I anticipated. The process was effortless and painless. If my vehicles require any work that I cannot complete myself, for whatever reason, Monarch will be my first call. I think it goes without saying, but I will anyways, I am very VERY pleased with the customer service I received from Monarchs Service Department. Hopefully I get to purchase a vehicle from them sometime in the near future, once this truck is paid off.

I recently bought a 2010 Chevy truck at Monarch Ford Dealership. While the purchase process was fairly fast and easy, I encountered other issues with this business. There were several defects with the truck that had not been fixed prior to the purchase. I was promised they would be fixed promptly as I signed the documents. I also discovered several other issues and reported these issues to the salesman as soon as I left the dealership. He promised he would deal with the issues along with those he already promised to fix. Took the truck back into the dealership and they refused to fix the other items I had reported. I spoke with the salesman and he refused to honor the agreement because I was no longer on the premises when I reported them. He also said they dont inspect the details of the trucks sold based on it takes too much time and they have a high turn over of volume. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They are dishonest and do not honor agreements. Be careful before shopping here.

As usual we needed an Emergency Oil Change. Our Son goes to school in Southern California and only comes home when he needs to stock up on free food and clean clothes. His new Ford Focus was due for its first oil change. Kalene worked her magic and got us well taken care of "as she always does". And to my Suprise the total bill was $3.52?? What I said? this must be a mistake. No Mistake! Monarch Ford provides your first new car oil change for FREE "excluding sales tax due to gov regulations" What a day, My son and I had a great lunch around the corner at VIP Pizza, A nice walk in a great Town "EXETER" and the Oil Change was $3.52. And if thats not all Monarch Ford provides FREE ICE CREAM to all its Customers! Thank You Mike, its the little things that make the difference.

We recently purchased a car from them. As soon as we got home there was a loud nosie coming from the right and left turn of the car. Come to find out the bushings are bad. They also sold the car to us with All 4 tires showing metal of in the inside. Also our app in the vehicle went out days after the purchase as Well. Chance said that he would help us out. But as soon as the papers were done being signed , he did what he said he wouldnt do. And that was that he Left My Husband and I out to dry. After we drove All the Way from Fresno CA. I will Never Ever Reference them To anyone. Honestly they do not even Deserve a 1 star. Thanks for Nothing Chance. Such a good person you are, NOT.

Crooked people. No honesty at all. I called and asked about a car. At first they were very nice. Now I will not purchase a car from this place. Awful customer service. Im going to GM moterz. Better customer service. Update... Well I gave them the sale anyways and they sold me a 18,000 lemon. Bad transmission and bad AC. Please everyone do not go here. Im a foster parent who really needed they help with my familys new car. They put my family in a hole we will have a hard time getting out of. This place will rip you off please everyone do not go here.

2010 Ford F250 with fuel system problems. returned the truck the next day and was brushed off and told if I wanted it fixed I would half to pay for it , service department told the truck has a history of fuel system problems. this thruck is a LEMON and Monarch will not fix it. would not give them even one star. DO NOT DEAL WITH MONARCH ! and DO NOT BUY A FORD !

Just bought our fifth Ford at Monarch Ford in Exeter we were treated very well and got a great deal. Had the first oil change last week and all went well. The first oil change was almost free so that was a pleasant surprise. Just had one of my customers tell me they just bought a Ford Edge at Monarch Ford for $1000 less than any other local dealer .
