Worst service I have ever experienced in Miami. On my ride home after purchasing the vehicle, engine light came on. I immediately called them and informed them. I was told to bring the vehicle back in the next day. The following day bringing it back in, the car overheated but it never registered as hot. Once back at the dealer after having the car checked I was told that the engine thermostat was not the correct one for that particular vehicle and I would need to leave it there to have it changed. After explaining that I needed to get to work and it would be impossible for me to leave it there at that time. I was told by the mechanic there/a Bolufe employee that if I did not leave it there that the owner himself would find a way to later not do anything to help me. He advised to call someone to pick me up an leave the car there. Which I did. Bolufe kept the car for 2 weeks. When I would call to get updates on the car, I would continuously be placed on hold, passed from person to person to which no one knew who I was or even what vehicle I was referring to. What a nightmare. On one particular phone call, an employee there by the name of Margarita thought she had placed me on a hold when in fact she had not. I was able to overhear another employee telling her to advise me that the car was still being worked on although it was not, they were attempting to ride out on their 30 day warranty. Long story short the vehicle was a lemon and overheated to the point that it blew the gasket while never registering that it was overheating. The owner Raul Bolufe informed me that that was not his problem it was mine. I finally had to enlist the help of a friend attorney. I advise anyone out there looking for a vehicle to stay clear of this place.

God, these people are HORRIBLE!!! Bought a car there, they said everything was nice and stuff AND they said the warranty COVERED EVERYTHING EXCEPT ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION WORK. They didnt even walk us through the details of the deal like a professional would!! These people are FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. Theyre a bunch of Cubans that only care about themselves and could give three craps about the customer. When my car started having some suspension problems (like any car would) I took it to my personal mechanic and told me repairs cost about $1000. Went back to the dealer and the salesman that sold us the car his name is CHRISTIAN (SORRY BRO HAD TO PUT YOU ON BLAST YOU SUCK!) didnt even look through the warranty agreement and explain to us, he just pointed at the paper and sent us to the mechanic; essentially kicking us out after 5 min in there the dude didnt care. Hes just a fresh papi chulo that thinks he knows everything. The dealer mechanic ended up telling me that the warranty did not cover any repairs that the car needed. Went back to CHRISTIAN and demanded an explanation and he looked at us with his fresh papi chulo face and THEN explained it to us, SOMETHING HE SHOULDVE DONE FROM THE BEGINNING AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AT FIRST WHEN HE DIDNT EXPLAIN SQUAT!!!!! Spoke to the manager whos another mongo and they ended up agreeing to pay ONLY HALF OF THE REPAIRS WHICH IS TOTALED AT $680. God, these people are horrible!!!!! EVERYBODY DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! WORST EMPLOYEES!!!!! MANAGEMENT IS CALLE OCHO MATERIAL!!!!!!

First look at all the negative comments. Now look at the good comments. You guys that are saying this absurd and ridiculous commentaries, either you are repulsive or oblivious to the fact that you are incompetent to the obvious. When you go to a dealership. 1st. Know your facts (they need to make commission too!) 2nd. If you didnt want the car then why did you buy it? (Dont rush) 3rd. if the car had problems after the dealership certified it. Then you did not test drive or know nothing about vehicular management and/or maintenance. 4th. The mechanich has other cars to work on! (Not only yours) On the Internet price yes it stays the same, but you got blindsided buy your intrest on the car. Think of it like this how much to you pay for jordans or nikes or any shoes or clothing for that matter. (42cents it cost to make a pair of jordans and people pay 100-300 on them) For those of you that bought a German car! expect a problem but never blame the guy who sold it. Blame it on yourself for not bringing your personal mechanic. For those that are complaining about price. The salesman needs commission, but this +20year establishment will not release a vehicle if its not under proper inspection. (Bad or no credit no problem) true to a certain extent. Meaning they will be force to up the intrest, pricing and down payment. Now the great reviews are for valued customers. The hateful complaints ARE THE COMPETITION bringing them down. The More You Know!!
