We came all the way from Vancouver, Canada looking for furniture for small apartment. After being to at least 15 stores in Vancouver, we still cannot find a sectional sofa because we want good style, good price, and comfortable feel. Kasala has the perfect sectional sofa, modern contemporary style, about the best price, feather wrapped, and most of all best class customer service I’ve ever experienced! For the sofa we got, it will cost at least 2-3 times in Canada! We had a trailer to pick it up, and we had to pay 12% sales tax on our way back, but totally worth it! Bill, as the customer service manager, holds the most credit I have for Kasala. Even though a support under our chaise broke the next day we have it, he provides incredible service to resolve the issue. He always keeps me updated and pro-actively approaches the challenge that we are couple hours away in a different country. Strongly recommend to check out their store, great furniture and awesome people!

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was limited selection but I purchased a couch and a bed frame over the past couple years and Ive been happy with the price/quality. Theyre delivery times are not ideal, I believe the earliest I could get my bed frame delivered was a week out, but it included installation which was nice. I would recommend including a visit here anytime youre shopping for furniture.

Super high quality modern furniture at really good prices. We have bought a house full of furniture from this location and paid 60% less than at the full price location. Come here often when looking for items as their stock rotates a lot and there are always great deals on customer returned items. The staff here is always happy to help but never pushy!

Great furniture at great prices. I had a bench that I bought here. The bench had a storage area inside with hinges that broke a year plus after I bought it there. They exchanged the bench for a brand new one with no questions asked.

Great prices for couches, rugs, tables, chairs, and house decor. A small selection, but the option to customize the material and feet of couches opens up your options. The service was attentive and the prices were reasonable.

I am glad I went here. I had all my old IKEA furniture from college for way too long. The selection is good and the prices are about right. Not as cheap as IKEA but better stuff.

Dont forget to go in the back room, behind the metal doors - theyve got more outlet items there. Still pricey for outlet prices, but very chic styles.
